The first delivery is a disaster as he put in the wrong door and when I found out when I phone your office they mentioned that mail man put in a Brown door with a silver mail box, and my door is pure white so your office send me the form of complain/ investigation. After a week I got my coins and I am a happy customer as your office send me the replacement
free of charge. The coins is beautiful. The service is excellent too.

A highly sophisticated scheme operating within the bounds of existing legislation, in other words very clever con.
There is no lie in any statements, but numismatic community is very sceptical - most of gold coins are not Royal Mint of Britain but issuing authority is for example tiny island called Tristan da Cunha, with an extortionate mark up on actual gold the coin is not legal tender in UK and is only a "souvenir" and not considered of any numismatic value by collectors. If you are trying to invest money, as it sounds so attractive on adverts, think twice! You are better off investing in proper Royal Mint Sovereigns of eBay. Look at the bullion value of gold vs what they give you in gold and forget about rarity of the "souvenir " coin ! I cancelled my order after little bit of digging, looking at their operating model, clever marketing and very negative reviews in numismatic community!
