The Panama hat I ordered on website arrived with a crushed box. Many back and forth with the company, they refused to send me another hat and offered me $6.00, what a joke.
The other major complaint I have is that on their website I selected CAN$ and was shown the price, when I get to the checkout the price was in US$. I should have taken notice of the red flag and not ordered. This company is a total rip off.

I feel scammed. I want to make a return and exchange the size, and they offer me five dollars and to keep the product, which also came with the wrong one.

Apparently not the first, but purchased two hats supposedly made in Ecuador. Received my shipment. One was as ordered, the other nothing like what I ordered, and marked Made in China. And one, if not two sizes too small. Upon contacting them, they offered a paltry $5 refund and suggested I gift the hat. Not a good company.

Wrong hat was sent ( after long delay in receiving it). I supported this company since it stated the hats were made in Ecuador and supported local artisan. This had was made in CHINA. When I notified them, they offered me $6 compensation and would not take the hat back, nor did they offer to send me the right hat. Would never do business with them.

Because the hats are pictured with a wooden box for transport, I presume the box is included for each rollable hat purchased.

I ordered two Panama hats from HatsFashion believing they were a company operating in South America with local producers when in fact they are based in China. The hats were shipped to UK but to the wrong post code and were subsequently returned to sender by Royal Mail. Despite numerous assurances by HatsFashion that they would sort the problem out I have still not received the goods or the refund I requested.
Do not buy from this company as they misrepresent their goods and their customer service is appalling.

I ordered a Boston Scally hat for $50. What I got was a Temu hat. No tags on it in a black bag. Sent email and got a response they will refund me $5 to keep it or I can ship it back to China and pay shipping and customs and chances are they said it will get lost so I should just take the refund it’s in best interest Scam alert.

First order went fine and received what I ordered. Second order totally different. They sent the wrong hat and all I got from Hatsfashion is sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing about sending out the correct hat. After several emails I was first offered $2 refund, then $3 and keep the wrong hat. If I wanted a full refund I had to send the hat back to an address in China at my expense. Funny thing was that this wrong hat was shipped from Newark California. I kept box with the shipping label. Opened a case with paypal. Hatsfashion ended up offering $20 refund and keep the wrong hat only after i opened the case with paypal. Unfortunately, I was out of the country with no internet access and paypal closed the case in the sellers favor. Now I'm out the purchase price of the hat and never got what I ordered. Buyer beware with this company.

I received my order several days ago and the product doesn't match the description in their ad. It appears the hats are plagirized, for lack of a better word, from another hatmakers website and they're selling inferior goods and merchandise.

It was difficult choosing as there were several hats that I liked. Great selection!

Great choice of products that are available, including material, sizing, and price point. Website easy to use.

I ordered a hat from Hatsfashion. When it arrived I found I had two hats in the box that was delivered none of which looked anything like the picture on Hatsfashion website.
I contacted them to see if there has been a mistake and their response was ,
'I am very sorry that you are not satisfied with our products. At present, the craftsmanship of our workers is not perfect. Some hats may not be exactly the same as the pictures.'
Whilst I appreciate mistakes do happen a company should take ownership of this mistake.
They have offered me a $5 refund which is an insult.
My advice to anyone who is thinking of buying from Hatsfashion is don't do it.
