We’ve reviewed your order and would like to clarify an important point. The product page for the item you purchased clearly states “Excludes PSU” in the description. This information is provided prior to checkout so customers can make an informed decision before completing their purchase.
We understand that it’s frustrating to realize something additional is required after delivery. However, the product was supplied exactly as advertised, and for that reason, a 1-star rating based on a missing power supply is not a reflection of the product or our service, but rather a misunderstanding of the product listing.
If you need assistance choosing a suitable power supply, you are more than welcome to contact us — the unit uses a standard PC ATX power supply, and we’ll gladly advise or help you source the correct one.
