Great service, very professional
Great service. Nigel who visited us to explain and show us the difference was great. Very clear, and precise about what their products do. We went for the water softener and the water filter.
Rhys who came to install the products was professional and polite. Explained the system he had installed very well, easily enough for me and my family to understand. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Helped us through the app installation to make sure we were up and running.
Thank you again. Highly recommend.

Harvey’s Water Softner
I’ve had Harvey Water Softener installed in my property for nearly 18 years and within that time, I’ve only had to call an engineer out twice to service and complete any minor repairs.
The service Ive received from Harveys has always been brilliant and can’t fault them in any way.
Today Service Engineer called Sammy Edwards who had completed an amazing job fixing and servicing my Water Softener. He was friendly, polite and professional throughout. He goes the extra mile taking his time making sure the job is done right explaining the fault and how he was going to make sure it was going to be back working like new. I very rarely write reviews, but Sammy is a credit to Harveys and I totally recommend him to anyone. He has completed outstanding work all round without any trouble

Disappointed
Harvey was recommended to my by friend and I was excited to have the system, unfortunately product arrived with missing parts and broken.
After contacting Harvey 3 times and trying to resolve the issue I decided to return the product as no one from customer service tried to help me. After I return the product have been told that the refund will take up to 10 working days, I called on day 9 to check if there is any progress in my refund I have been told that they need to check if the product arrived to their warehouse and after they will process the refund which I need to wait for again up to 10 working days.
I am extremely disappointed of the service, definitely avoid this company.

Aron Sheridan @ Harvey Water Softeners was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything to my wife and I and did a brilliant instillation. He had to move an internal dustbin in the cupboard and nothing was too much trouble. The install went without a hitch and Aron was first class, he was very clean and everything went without a hitch. I couldn’t recommend Aron or Harvey’s highly enough. Brilliant product and staff.

Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding After-Sales Support
Harvey Water Softeners deserve recognition for the way they handled my case. Although there were some challenges and misunderstandings during the initial installation, the company took full responsibility and worked hard to find the right solution. They arranged multiple engineer visits, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. The professionalism, communication and after-sales support were excellent throughout. My Harvey Arc is now working perfectly, and I am extremely pleased with the final installation. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products. I would highly recommend Harvey Water Softeners.
