Delivery Arrived on time as indicated perfect

Hi there went in to the Harvey Narman store in merry hill we were greeted by Gary from tech and under no pressure he gave us valuable information about the goods we we’re interested in we were at ease with him a Excellent sales man nice guy cheers Gary. Then we went to Mathew to set up the goods we purchased a very bright young and very good at his job he was polite with customers and able to answer Al questions thanks Mathew

Great service arrived within the 2 hour time frame assembled the settee in no time and took all the rubbish with them cheers

I was looking for a new simple all in one printer that wasn't wireless and didn't need to be permanently connected to the internet for subscription ink. Narrowed it down to a particular Canon printer, quick internet search for best price ended up on the Harvey Norman website. Surprised me a bit, I had bought stuff from one of their stores in Auckland while visiting NZ back in 2018. Staff in store there were really good, nice to see that the Company were now present in the UK. Reasonable delivery charge so ordered the printer (on a Bank Holiday Monday no less!) and it was delivered to my address by Wednesday. Lightning fast service, the printer including delivery was £10 cheaper than Amazon. Doesn't get much better than that, printer's now installed and worked straight out of the box after simple set up. Happy to recommend Harvey Norman for price and fast delivery service.

Gary was great at merry hill, helped my sister with a phone a few months ago and served me today.

Mario at the Merry Hill store was brilliant - friendly, professional and knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing my camera all that more special!

We were looking for a particular brand of mobile phone and the manufacturer advised Harvey Norman were stockists. Before making the 40 min car journey I rang and got through to Thomas who confirmed they were in stock and there was one on display we could look at in detail. On arrival another assistant took us to the phone and then Thomas came out to help. We were able to have a good look at the phone and decided to purchase. He advised that we could have it set up in store ( we declined) and we were delighted with the service from Thomas. The lady who took our payment checked where we had parked and gave us a code for free parking. Our first visit to Harvey Norman and we were very impressed.

We were greeted by Louis today in the Sutton Coldfield .... what wonderful young man, professional, polite and very helpful. Couldn't do enough to help with our purcahse. A credit to the store and made our visit a delight cant praise him high enough. 5 star review for a 5 star service

Apologie to Harvey Norman!
I previously posted a ‘not too great review’ after purchasing a Dyson cordless vacuum because I saw it elsewhere substantially cheaper. Turns out I (unintentionally) wasn’t comparing like for like, which obviously isn’t fair. They were very nice to deal with so couldn’t leave things the way they were.

I had a fantastic experience with Maya at Harvey Norman Gracechurch (Sutton Coldfield).

I went in for a coffee machine for my husband (very last minute) for our anniversary the following morning. There were none in stock in store, but on telling Maya why I was hoping for it the next day, she told me she would see what she could do.

She came back and said they would get the product sent from another store and one of the staff would deliver it themselves the next day!

The next day, Maya herself delivered the coffee machine for my husband. Fantastic customer service, could not ask for any more and could not recommend highly enough.

Customer Service and product knowledge from Maya and Stevie B was superb. All of our questions were answered in depth and both took time to establish our priorities. Everything was price matched and we purchased more appliances than we had originally intended. The interest free credit application was challenging, but Maya helped us solve the issues in a professional and confident manner. We will defiantly use Harvey Norman again for any future electrical goods we need.

I visited the store looking for some cushions and enquire about the sofa choices available. Simon was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. He was polite and patient detailing the different options of sofas available. I will definitely be back to the store to enquire further with Simon in the near future.

We were attended to by Conor who was super helpful in helping me choose a double bed. He had excellent knowledge of the product. He helped in me purchasing a beautiful mattress. Just a super helpful and friendly guy who made us feel at ease and not pressurised.
