Wasn't a fan of one of the mattresses so had regular communication with Harry on whatsapp and agreed to swap it within the 30 day trial period. Replacement arrived without an issue and they took the original away. Great service all around and happy with the mattresses

Buying a mattress can be a bit daunting, with so many options to choose from and high-tech features that sound great, but no one really knows what they mean. I knew that I wanted a firm hybrid mattress, but they are few and far between.
Enter Harry Benmore and his small, family-run business. The descriptions and videos on the website are very clear and helpful, but I had some questions and Harry himself answered them in no time via WhatsApp. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress; instead, he listened to my requirements and made a couple of recommendations, and my new mattress was delivered to me within two weeks (but it could have been sooner, I just didn't want it because I was going away).
It's been a week since I started sleeping on my firm hybrid mattress and I still can't get over how comfortable it is. The memory foam layer gives it a luxurious softness, but the pocket springs make it firm and supportive, with just the right amount of tension. No more aches and pains in the morning, no more tossing and turning in search for a comfortable position, just sheer bliss.
The delivery guys were super friendly and happy to bring the mattress up to my first floor flat, which I really appreciated. The communication ahead of delivery was second to none, and the whole experience smooth and excellent.
For the first time in a long while, I actually look forward to bedtime!

I spent months looking for a new mattress and ummed and aahed about going to an independent supplier like harry for ages, I was incredibly skeptical that this random facebook advert was actually worth investigating but we went to his shop in welling and tried a few and then went home and e mailed him about 50 questions to which he replied promptly and professionally to every one of them. We've had our superking cashmere and Silk mattress for 3 months now and its absolutely wonderful. We have got a firm one and going from a soft and absolutely crap simba mattress was a bit of a shock but all of our aches and pains have now gone. Absolutell relief!!

I have arthritis in both hips and when thats bad I do add a single panda topper to my side of the bed but most of the time, its not needed. The mattress itself is very supportive but without feeling like you're laying on a floor.

I only have good things to say about my Harry Benmore mattress experience. From my initial enquiry through to delivery the entire process was seamless and most importantly I've got a really comfortable mattress that guarantees a good night's sleep. Harry was very helpful with advice when I wasn't sure which mattress to go for. I chose the king size hybrid. I'm a side sleeper and it supports in all the right places ensuring you wake up well rested with no aches anywhere.

I was kept updated about the progress of my order and delivery was on time (just 9 days from order to delivery) and there was no problem with taking away the old mattress and with no charge. The prices are excellent too compared to other mattresses of this quality on the market.

Brilliant experience. Harry was very easy to communicate with and order our mattress through. In store, there was no pressure to buy and he spent plenty of time talking us through the options. Delivery was smooth and the guys were very courteous. We're very happy with our purchase.

The mattress I ordered was for a guest bedroom. My guests say they slept really well on the new mattress. I personally haven't tried it yet, but when I need a new mattress for myself, I'll give the guest bedroom a try and probably order another one for myself.

Harry's piece to camera seemed very open and honest and I liked his personal assurance that if a customer was not happy then a mattress it could be returned within 30 days which certainly takes the risk out of buying a mattress when you are not exactly sure what type you need. I had a few questions which Harry responded to personally. I then placed an order and the mattress was delivered to the first floor bedroom a week later. After a few days I realised that I had ordered the wrong mattress type. Another email to Harry. He was good to his word and agreed for the mattress to be returned. Because the quality of the original mattress was so good and the customer service had been so good so far, I wanted to stick with Harry so asked if it would be possible to try out other mattresses in the showroom. Of course Harry said yes, and fifteen days later the replacement mattress was delivered to the house and the original mattress taken away. I would recommend Harry Benmore Mattress Maker without hesitation. The quality is excellent and so is the customer service.

Great service, great mattress!

Harry was very responsive to all of my questions and the fact we could try the mattress out in a showroom was a dealbreaker v the other online companies.

Having tested a number of others in shops too, I can say the hydrid luxe mattress we eventually went for (superking/ zip & lock) was the most comfortable by a long way.

Would 10/10 recommend.

I saw Harry on Instagram and instantly loved the idea of being able to buy British. The whole process was easy. After an online chat we decided which mattress we wanted and placed an order. Our extension wasn’t quite ready for delivery so Harry held on to it and delivered it when we were ready, amazing service!

The best mattress I’ve ever purchased in my life worth saving the extra handmade to perfection. You’ll never sleep better than this again. Excellent service had to wait for the mattress to be made but hey at the end of the day it’s worth it. Harry is an excellent friendly guy. Delivery guys were clean and competent. the mattress supported me perfectly and seriously comfortable support for my poor back You can tell the quality of the mattress when it arrives beautifully stitched and well packaged this is good enough for royalty. I would never use anyone else again except this company. Don’t make mistakes elsewhere just do it :-)

I recently purchased the Silk & Cashmere mattress from Harry Benmore and could not be happier. This particular mattress is completely handmade and the quality shows. It is so beautiful to look at, I almost didn't want to put the bedding on it.

But if I hadn't, I wouldn't have had the best night's sleep I have had in years.

Harry himself is a very hands-on retailer and a great communicator. He ensured I was happy throughout the process, from sale to delivery.

The mattress is, to me, excellent value for money. If it lasts 10 years, it will work out to just a few pence each day for something I rely on for rest and relaxation.
