Absolute scam seven times iv asked for my account to be closed via email as i won 2k they wouldn't pay out, They never verify your account always asking for more and more documentation even though sent them passport, driving licence 3 utility bills, bank statements, selfie with my bank card as they asked for. Absolute scam - Avoid!!
Absolute scam. Withdrawal of 600 rejected four times. They keep asking for proof of deposit made showing
IBAN number, which I have sent them a numerous amount of times. Online chat advised the document has been approved yet withdrawal has still been rejected. They do not respond to emails, online chat end the chat before resolving queries and will just tell you they will escalate to the payment team. Deposits will appear as “ yoga essentials” or similar on your bank statement. Do not use this site. I am now going to contact my bank to try and get my deposits back. The same people operate spindog- will not close your account when asked will say they Can’t action through online chat & to send an email - won’t respond to emails. Just will put a bonus on your account. Do not risk putting your hard earned money into these scam sites.
