I have had a couple of successful withdrawals and it does seem like a legit site. Good selection of games. The only thing I would say keep an eye on is that I’ve had my account verified and then a withdrawal cancelled after as they do need updated documents even after only a couple of months playing- the process is also quite long compared to other sites.

please don't use this site!!!!!! it looks good like its a professional site but it isn't, the rtp on the slots isn't shown because they have been put to very low and if you do win they will get you going round in circles with documents so you don't get a withdraw even if you been aproved before hand . I asked customer care for details of the rtp on different slots I was playing and they just ignored me.

Absolutely the worst customer service. DO NOT open an account with them if you are on Gamstop or have problems with gambling as they will not close your account. Over the last month I have raised formal complaints, emailed, spoke on live chat and they said they would close it then have just ignored me since. I told them I have a problem and I'm putting my family in severe hardship, they don't care, just continue to let you gamble, even with credit cards and ignore any further messages. I can't find out who their ADR is as they ignore you and nothing on their site. You can't even change your password as I was going to get someone to put in a different password so I couldn't log in. Their blatant disregard for responsible gambling could cause the death of people! They should be shut down. I have chased and lost so much since I have asked them to close it. It's really harming me now.

Shocking ! Wanted proof of the bank transfer so had to request an interim statement- to be fair they paid the money but 3 days later said they couldn’t recognise the bank transfer from the same account and wanted another- still not paid 😩 Nevwr known a site like it - totally avoid - far too much hassle

Wining and got withdrawn straight away good games

Please read these reviews and stay away from this casino. I've played many casinos online and this is horrendous! They will not payout your winnings believe me they won't . I sent everything possible to verify my account and was told in live chat my account was verified and my withdrawal will be processed. I then get an email saying my withdrawal has been rejected and the process begins again saying you need to verify your account. Stay well away from them! I never got my winnings in the end
