Incorrectly used phone number…
One of harmoneys clients has used my number for their account.
I’ve contacted harmoney by phone 3 times, sms once and email once, asking for it to be removed and every time get told a different version of “yes it will be done”.
I’m sure their product is fine, but bloody hell - sort your service out.

Terrible Support - Unable to get a Pay out Figure
Absolutely terrible when trying to get assistance. All I wanted was a payout figure. Put in my request and was advised it should be received that Day, but nothing was received. Contacted them following day and told the same, when it was not received again they kept saying they are working on it and it would take them 30mins each time to tell me this. Still waiting
