So after years of thinking about having a hair transplant, I finally phoned up Harley Street hair transplant clinic and spoke to Kevin who was extremely helpful, answering all my questions.
The transplant was on 29th Jan 2022 by Dr Kalra and his team who made me feel really relaxed and comfortable.
They were all very professional and very friendly. The procedure went great, no pain at all and I was extremely happy with the results, I can’t thank Kevin , Dr Kalra and his team enough. Even the after care was unbelievable, thanks again guys, highly recommended 5 star service all day long.

Had my FUE hair transplant on Saturday 5th February 2022 for receding hair line and balding crown.
I’ve been thinking about a hair transplant for the last 2 years, I’ve heard bad stories and good stories as you do when you look through the internet or watching YouTube videos. I spoke with Kevin in January, great with explaining everything and putting me at ease (as I naturally worry about anything and everything). I wanted the surgery done as soon as possible after speaking to Kevin as everything felt right. Kevin arranged this for me and before I knew it here I am after surgery thinking what was I ever worried about and why didn’t I get this done sooner, however, things happen for a reason and that reason I hadn’t had it done sooner was I hadn’t found the right place or team to do the transplant and I’m glad that happened as I found Harley street hair transplant.

Very good experience and feeling in good hands. I contacted Kevin for more info about hair transplant and concerns l had. He arranged an appointment consultation with Dr.Kalra who explained everything and reassured me with all my concerns. Since that appointment l felt so relieved. Kevin arranged everything and easy communication with him. On the day of surgery l met Dr. Kalra again, who remembered me, and his team (lovely team, sorry l can’t remember their names as l was sooo nervous) they treated me so well, all of them talked to me, explained every single step and the surgery went very well. No pain at all, only first anaesthesia injections but manageable, Dr Kalra was very careful and reassuring me at all times. After that no pain at all as numbness. They provided lunch and breaks when l needed. It was a long day but they made my day easy and comfortable. After surgery Dr.Kalra explained post-op care and gave me the kit and medication. He gave me his personal number phone which was appreciated as he cares about his patients. It’s nice to know that he is reachable at any time (l sent a text late night and he replied straight away). I am on day 3, no pain at all until now, slightly swollen on my forehead as expected but other than that no issues at all so far.
I am very happy with the whole journey from start to up today. Looking forward to see results and I will give an update.

I was really impressed with the professionalism from the initial point of contact with Kevin, he was extremely informative and any concerns or questions I had were addressed thoroughly. I was well informed all the way through the procedure and Dr Kalra was very reassuring and he put me at ease with his level of knowledge and experience. It was good to know I could contact either Kevin or Dr Kalra at any time with any concerns pre and post op. I am 7 days post op now and healing well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HTG to anyone who is thinking of having this procedure done.

The procedure was very organised from a comfortable location.

The team were all fantastic and made me feel welcomed and well looked after all day. Special thanks to the concentration and devotion from the whole team.

Recovery results were very fast. I almost looked back to normal by day 5. Almost no redness or inflammation.

I’m not a doctor, so don’t take my word for it but I’m on a keto/low carbohydrate diet which reduces insulin and inflammation in the body and I have very good overall health which all may have contributed to the speedy recovery but it was mostly down to Dr Kalra’s neat and precise incisions.

I was mostly concerned with recovery and although my health condition definitely helped (you should research this yourself), I would strongly advise taking note of both the pre-op and post-op advise that you get from Kevin and Dr. Kalra as discipline here really helps with the recovery.

I took all of this very seriously and Dr. Kalra was kind enough to take some time at the end of the day to go through all the advice.

The result of all this was a very neat job and a quick recovery 👌. Looking forward the full results in time.

Just recently had my hair transplant and I'm very pleased with the service I have received. Kevin has been very helpful from the first consultation and is always happy to answer any questions or worries you might have. The day of the surgery went well with Dr Kalra and his team. You can tell Dr Kalra is really passionate about his work he went through everything so I knew what to expect and took his time to mark out my new hairline until we was both happy with it. He's a nice guy and very professional, his team are also very friendly and all the girls did a great job. Thank you everyone I'm really looking forward to seeing the results in the coming months.

After years of struggling with thinning hair I finally decided a permanent solution was required. Much research found hair transplant Liverpool and I started the consultation process. Kevin was very patient as I explored and questioned options that would fit my situation. We eventually settled on a two stage process with the assurance that they would be able to get a good level of coverage. A short trip to their Bury location and the process began. What an amazing team. Dr Kalra took lots of time designing the hairline and I was fully included in the process as I explained what I wanted and was then guided by his expert knowledge.
The first stage was 2000 grafts and that sounded daunting. A bit of prep to prepare the donor area for taking the grafts was done with care as they shaved an area in between the top and bottom of my ponytail so that the graft area would not be seen afterwards as the shaved area grew out. Then the only slight pain as the numbing injections went in. 5 rounds of those but after the 2nd round things were quite numb.
Having the grafts taken was not painful but I was aware as each was taken. Then a short break and on to numbing the front area ready for implantation. More injections but soon over and over to Dr Kalra to carefully make the 2000 incisions ready for the grafts to go in to. A short break again for lunch and a drink then on to a 3 hour implant session where the team took great care to place each of the grafts in to their new home. Slight pain towards the end as the numbing wore of on the donor area but a couple of paracetamol later and it was ok. Then before I knew it I was talking to Dr Kalra again about aftercare and receiving my care pack. That evening was a bit sore but easily managed by paracetamol and ibuprofen. I slept propped up in bed with a neck pillow and woke up to tightness in the donor and implant areas but no need for any more pain meds. Ok...it looked red and sore but keeping up with the aftercare helped and at day 5 I washed my hair gently. Now at day 6 and almost all tightness gone. There was a little swelling around my eyes but this passed in two days. A review is planned at 3 months then 2nd session at 6 months. I was extremely well cared for and initial results are looking very good. I will post some pics as everything settles down but I am very pleased so far and so glad I chose and trusted them.

From my initial contact with Kevin I knew I had made the right choice.Kevin was very informative about the process. Kevin, Dr Kalra & team are probably the hardest working people you'll find in the industry. From initial consultation to aftercare, these guys have been very responsive and informative.

To be honest, I've been at ease through the whole process. Dr Kalra is an expert technician and has been on hand for any follow up queries i've had following the procedure. The team of technicians that supported Dr Kalra were again, very proficient and professional.

Very good service, kevin was helpful through the start of the process and answering all questions i had. 4 days before the operation the hospital location was changed. i had already booked and paid for a hotel near the other hospital but kevin said they would cover my hotel costs and taxi fare to and from the hospital as it was very last minute change, very professional compromise to what i thought at start was a bad circumstance, this added to a good service. The operation went smoothly and the guys that carried it out were all very friendly and helpful. 3 days after operation looking forward to see the results down the line
