Ordered some weather stripping door…

Ordered some weather stripping door seal tape, and according to Shop, has been delivered on the 6th October… but not to us (in the UK) but to somewhere called Derby in Wichita! Would like a full refund please as this is unacceptable, but doubt that will happen. Will wait to see if we get a response.. update… this item has now been delivered, so no longer in the USA, upgraded from 1 star to 3 stars as no communication from the company and unable to track the order…

TOTAL FRAUD, DISHONEST, LIES AND USED FAKE POSTAGE !!!!

My items never arrived.
This comes from CHINA which is not apparent.

WHY?
BECASUE THEY ATTEMPTED TO USE COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE AND USPS SEIZED IT!

First the item is being held by USPS as they did not pay postage to deliver it.
Harfington said it was a technical issue and it is moving, which was a flat out lie.

Usps confirmed it it not paid for, not moving at all, and will not unless they pay for it immediately.
Usps will confiscate the item.

I can not pay for it.
Harfington was extremely dishonest with their response.

Harfington first blamed their Chinese carrier, then the USPS, and then again the USPS.

They have changed the story and LIED multiple times but flat out they USED COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE!!

DO NOT BUY!!!!

I would attach a USPS screenshot if I could.

Harffington then ASKED ME TO REMOVE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK SO THEY COULD REFUND ME.

REALLY??????

Ordered 100 plastic pipe end caps. Advertised price $10 for a bag of 50, 20 cents each. Received 2 end caps. After raising the issue and waiting some days…

Took the company 2 weeks to ship

Took the company 2 weeks to ship the product and another 2 weeks shipping time. If you order from the better be willing to wait a month plus to get it. I still don’t have my purchase and the tracking numbers don’t work. I have no idea when I’ll get it.
