Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Got a phone call after my order from Rob (I think sorry if I have his name wrong) but the gentleman was extremely helpful! He was able to identify what was wrong with my order and correct it. He gave me advice on what to look out for when our flooring was delivered to ensure we were happy with our product and what to do if something was wrong. He then called to update on delivery and went above and beyond to get our order to us faster! Thank you!!!

Great experience
Great experience. We had a call from the company after ordering the sample, to offer any information or decision making assistance we may need and received an update on the availability of the flooring we were interested in.
There was a fair bit of damage to a couple of the flooring packs but we had ordered extra, so we worked it out ourselves. Used what we could for the end pieces. I'm sure the company would have responded positively had we contacted them. The initial call we received made me think we're dealing with a company that takes customer service very seriously.
The flooring was easy enough to put together and has a quality finish.
Very pleased overall.

Pathetic
What the website advertised and what arrived was 2 completely different products. The people that work there showed no care or interest - disgraceful service and quality.
Had 2 pay from my own pocket to return the incorrect flooring I received and apparently the director was not willing to offer a refund for this
Do not use this rubbish company - bottom tier in all aspects

We are sorry to hear that you felt you had a poor experience with us.
We do try and discourage our customers from ordering flooring without seeing a sample of it first. After looking into your order, we can see that you did not utilise our free sample service. We encourage our customers to order up to three samples free of charge as colours do vary across boards and packs due to it being a stained natural wood.
Where possibly, we do try to add genuine customer images to our products to help future customers visualise what the flooring may look like in their home. We can also provide extra images upon request.
In line with our returns policy, we did provide you with the relevant information on how to return goods in order to qualify for a full refund which you did receive back in September.

I wouldn't recommend this company! I have got left about 13 packs of flooring left from an order and i rang customer service for return and they told me to send an email foe return instruction. It's been over two months and they never got back to me. Will never use them again for sure

My flooring arrived but delivery was rubbish the pallet wouldn't fit through gate so I had to unpack and carry it through to my house without help from the delivery guy I was not impressed by this hence my low score

We try to give as much information as possible prior to delivery so our customers are aware of what is required upon delivery to ensure it's as easy as possible.
Like with most third party delivery couriers, ours is kerbside delivery as the drivers are not insured to enter customer properties. If you require a white-glove service in future, we can provide at an additional cost.
Excellent all round
The web site is comprehensive and makes ordering very easy. Prices are competitive and the flooring purchased was good quality. After sales service was excellent, including a very quick refund for and unwanted item. All round excellent excellent purchasing experience.
