Didn't have the item I ordered. They asked to say it wasn't working correctly. This was disappointing as I would assume items are tried and tested before being offered for sale. That aside they did suggest an alternative which arrived within the same timeframe. Only arrived today but so far I am happy with it. Remarkably clean. Really did appear as new. Would recommend this company.
