Avoid this company. Stuff falls apart after a month then they send you gift card and say no refund. As someone from the UK I can't compute as this is it how things are done here and we have consumer rights. It's a drop ship site. Cheap crap from china

This company is a joke. I ordered a purse $61. It took 6 weeks to get here. I thought I wasn't going to get it. So I looked online for the same purse found it on EBAY new with tags...$20!!! So I finally got the purse from HnH had to pay return shipping. They sent me a $10 coupon says to partially compensate for return shipping. NO they wanted me to buy something else and give me $10 off! Overpriced garbage! You really think I'm going to buy something else from you!? The tracking service they use came with apologies because it doesn't work. The whole experience with HnH was unprofessional and a joke. Would definitely not do business with them.

The prices display in pounds but it’s a US site, shipping from the US. Totally unclear. Not happy as don’t want customs charges nor do I support US businesses.

Come straight from China and they're charging you more money just to say that they're coming from this Gothic company the same exact products are on Amazon half the price no shipping charges and this is a sham and it takes forever to get to you so don't try to get it for anybody's birthday because you'll never get it in less than 2 weeks

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a large and extra large tops which took forever to arrive. Upon arrival both were large. I sent both back immediately and was advised I'd receive a full refund and get reimbursed for shipping. They have only refunded me for one top and I've been fighting with them for over a month to get refunded for the other top and shipping. They have given me every excuse imaginable about not being able to refund the remaining amount to the original payment method. I have given them 4 different ways to provide the remaining refund and still excuses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was sceptical after reading these reviews. However I placed my order and received my items in various shipments. The boots I ordered were incorrectly sized by me. The customer service lady Yana was very helpful and quick to respond. My items of clothing were very high quality and a perfect fit.

This company it’s absolutely scammer just ordered two jacket wasted my time hold my money after just refunded don’t trust to this company…. I had a worse experience in costumer service …. If you can send the item why you take the money and holding for ages after cancel it …… so rubbish I’m from England 🇬🇧

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers and sent 2 back because they didn't fit.
Despite several emails in which I sent the parcel invoice, tracking number, and confirmation of receipt, I never received my money back for the returned goods.
I will buy never ever again at this shop!

I wish I could give negative stars, I definitely would. I ordered boots which I’ve been trying to find for quite a while. I trusted this new website by mistake, ordered from their website and never got the order and now they are asking me to review the order. Like which order?

Please don’t choose them. I’ve been looking forward to these boots and the website almost lost me €200 and asking me to review the experience. Amazing!

I ordered a pair of boots in October as Christmas gift for my daughter. On a Christmas Day it became clear that the size is wrong. I sent them back in December. Mid-February, no replacement and no refund. Their site is telling that the parcel was delivered 2 hours ago (for over a week now). Looks very much like scam

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband, they were two small. I returned them exactly the way I was told this was at the end of October. I am still waiting on a refund! I have emailed them 8 times and just get told they haven't recieved boots even though my tracking number had delivered to where it should have. Not a happy customer at all and will NEVER use this company again.

Order placed, 10 days later i contact them, because i got no update. Three days later, still no reaction: i write them : please cancel.
THEN i got information, that order is already "shipped" and if i still wnat to return items i should refer to refund policy

Shortly after i received a tracking number (..CHINA).

Four days later still no update on TRACKING number, i write again. Some hours later update information on parcel flight from x to y, and again from y to z, from z to x etc...

Then again 10 days later, parcel has arrived here in local country in EU but is held back at customs clearance.
i receive a letter 4 days later: because of lacking documentation / invoice, parcel cannot be processed.
i sent my copy of my order.
2 days later i received teh poackage agaisnt payment of 90EUR (my orde value was roughly 200 EUR) 90EUR = (duty + VAT 50€ and processing fees 40€) to get the parcel.
On the parcel itself is a sticker:
declared value of goods 33 USD (!!!).
So the purchasing value of TWO items add up to 290EUR !

Clothes were - due to the long time in compressed plastic bags - wrinkled and torn.
Overall quality of clothes seem good, craftmanship is good, quality of materials do not justify the price level of the shop. (please see the USD value...)
size indications are correct.
