Trying to get paid for an item I sold back in May and the only response I’ve had was to say they would get their accounts team to look into it. Which I’ve had no response from. Clearly there is something amiss here. They Don’t answer phones personally. Only number goes on to answerphone and WhatsApp the same. Avoid.

Please be very careful using this company when selling items . I have sold a paid of diamond earrings 4 weeks ago (MAY 25 the earrings were delivered) and I have asked everyday for the last 2 weeks to be paid. They don’t answer their phones when they see you number coming up ( I was told this by a staff member) so the only communication is via WhatsApp and they only reply when it suits them. They don’t respond to emails. I have messages for the last two weeks and they have promised every day they would pay me my money. Today I had to ring my legal team to take the next step to get payed… so please be careful. They are your best friend until they get your money and they they go all quiet.

I bought 2 items and only one was delivered. Both items were ordered on the 4th May and even though HEWI say they will deliver within 48 hours - I have only received one part of the order. There is no reliable 'phone number, and the What'sApp and email details don't work either. They don't wish to get involved with problems. I've asked 8 times for a refund - but no reply!!! Don't use this company!
AVOID - they won’t send you money!!
This company is a sham and it’s fallen apart. I have been selling through their VIP service for years, but in the last 6 months they’ve stopped paying their clients to whom they owe money. I have consigned hundreds of luxury items to them to sell, and they have stopped paying me for them. It always takes months of emails, calls and sometimes even legal letters to get paid for the items they have sold on your behalf. DO NOT USE.
Item not received
Ordered a bag on the 17th May, not been shipped, no communication, nothing. They’ve had nearly £1000 of my money and to not have heard anything is hugely disappointing. I’ve sent emails, filled in the form via support and messaged via WhatsApp, one reply on WhatsApp asking for my email address to investigate. Not sure why the order number and screenshot of my order wasn’t enough, I get the feeling it’s a delaying tactic.
Finally stopping selling on HEWI
I am very sorry to say that this is the end of the line for HEWI and I. After many years of shoddy seller payments, broken promises and ignoring multiple messages, I no longer believe they are worth wasting time on. I will be not be shipping any outstanding orders - sorry to buyers who will of course be disappointed - and will be contacting a solicitor to get the money they legally owe me. Please do avoid this platform - they simply don't know how to run a business correctly.

I purchased 4 items from HEWI - all listed as brand-new condition with tags. Two of the items arrived with serious defects. One pair of jeans was the wrong size AND had a missing button. The other pair of jeans had a rip in it where a button should’ve been. The two items were from the same seller. I contacted HEWI via their online form an email separately and also WhatsApp them. I have had no response. I won’t be buying from them again. The items are not as listed and the customer service is non existent.
HEWI’s VIP Service is no longer reliable for sellers
I have been a HEWI VIP client for a decade and have sold over £25k worth of items over the years. However, their Accounts department appears to have imploded.
I have been waiting several months for payment for items sold, all the while with zero response from HEWI Accounts.
I have sent 9 emails with no reply, even though my case was reportedly escalated to the CEO.
Do NOT buy or sell, they don’t pay you!
I have sold two items from early January and all of a sudden they now ship to Hong Kong and Australia, delivery alone cost me £75 per item. I’ve not been paid yet, they stopped responding, it’s disgusting how they’re getting away with this. We must report them so other people don’t fall victims! I’ve read some of the reviews here and my heart sunk!

I placed an order for a pair of Hermes sandals. Before I ordered, I was promised next day dispatch.
I place the order, no order confirmation was received so I messaged the Hewi whatsapp number asking to check it had been ordered - no reply on this question. I followed up the next day, I got a "we will look into this" response. No response. I follwed upagain - no response. I leave it 3 days, still no response or order confirmation received. I message again (by now i am very worried i have just spent £600 and have had no response, order confirmation or delivery) 3 days later threatening to escalate to Trading Standards if a response is not received.
I finally get a response saying once again "I will look into this for you". No further response. So I have to follow up AGAIN! Finally I get a reply saying they were shipping my sandals today (being 6 days after the date of ordering ad 5 days after the date they promised to dispatch my item). They blamed a hold up at the courier, together with the bank holiday. However the main issue from my perspective was the simple lack of communication and responses to my follow ups.

I sold a pair of Chanel sandals almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t been paid. I have sent numerous emails but have as yet to receive a reply. I have quite a few pairs of shoes on there website for sale, I think I’m going to remove them. HEWI, Why are you holding on to my funds??? NOT HAPPY 😡
HEWI is a truly horrendous company selling fake goods & zero customer service
I placed an order on HEWI and paid £290 for a designer necklace, but received no notification of the order having been shipped. When the item then arrived it was immediately clear that the necklace did not match the photographs they had used to list it on the website, as the item I have been sent is a very obvious fake. Since receiving the fake necklace I have been contacting HEWI multiple times by email and website messages, but have received no response whatsoever. The fact that it says 'premier customer service' on their website is an absolute joke, as there seems to be no customer service communication at all from this company. It also seems to be impossible to contact the HEWI seller to request a refund and find out how to return the fake necklace. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It is diabolical that they can dupe people into making a purchase in good faith, only to be sent a fake item with no response from the company whatsoever. I should have heeded the online negative reviews and avoided HEWI. There is something very wrong with this company. Misleading product images, untrue claims about authenticating items, zero customer service, no way to request a refund - it absolutely atrocious. AVOID this company like the plague. They are fraudsters who should not be allowed to trade.
Fake“Never worn”Old! Dirty!
I bought two ski suits marked Never worn on hardlyeverwornit.com for £588 and £448 respectively. However, both of them were old and dirty. One was not washed at all, and the other had signs of washing but the stains were still there.
I contacted customer service as soon as possible, and they didn't even think they were wrong. They only accepted the return of the items and refunded them.
I believe there are too many fake "Never worn" on their website. If the buyer finds out, they will return the goods. If buyer don't find out, they will deceive buyers. This is not a company with business ethics.
The most explosive thing is that the £588 one was them bought from Harrods for £339, and they forgot to remove the label. That is, it was bought at Harrods for £339, they worn dirty, and sold to me for £588 and the website marked Never worn.
Ps:The staff admitted that the clothes were shipped under their custody.

I sold something recently on hEW . They haven’t paid me yet and it’s nearly 3 weeks . They are supposed to pay me for my item after 7 days of it being sent . I am owed a lot of money . I have sent them 3 emails and they have not responded once . I have messaged them and they said they would pay me but still haven’t . Their customer service is dreadful . Don’t sell on this site .
