Harber London may not have a massive amount of products, but the ones they do have seem to be spot on - at least, my A5 leather notebook cover does.
The chat support was helpful in my quest, and the service was professional and direct.

I purchased a wallet from Harber London in June 2023 and I have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately, the stitching around one of the card holders had come away. Therefore I contacted Harber London’s Customer Services department via email. Upon sending my email, I had received an automated response to advise me to allow up to 48hrs for a reply due to the current high demands. (Which I was fine with). However to my surprise, I had a reply later that day, which apologised for the issue I had experienced and asked for photo's, which I provided. Once again to my surprise, I had a response thanking me for the photos, apologising profusely and offering me a replacement wallet, to which I agreed. Within a matters of hours I had received another email from Harber London which had an order reference number on. Having read the email in detail, it was confirmation that a replacement wallet had been dispatched. Since then I have had tracking details from the courier.

My enquiry was handled by Maria. Not only had she resolved my enquiry to an acceptable and pleasing resolution, she had concluded the matter within 24hrs of my original email (raised on the 12th December 2023). Furthermore, she remained professional as well as friendly throughout her email correspondence’s with me. I would like to say that Harber London’s Customer Service department is second to none. Many thanks Maria for handling my enquiry, you are a credit to Harber London.

I ordered a large black leather desk mat from Tasmania and I was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly it arrived. The quality is good and it lays nice and flat on the desk. I’m pleased that I bought the large as my MacBook can sit on the right and I have enough room for writing on the left. Yes, I still do a lot o handwriting!

Don't buy from this company!!! This is a big scam. This is 100% FAKE leather, which they're selling at horrendous prices!

Unfortunately I didn't check the negative reviews beforehand. I don't understand how so many people have rated this company so well here. They either have never used leather products before or it's all fake reviews written by the company itself.

In any case, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I didn't send the laptop case back because I don't trust them that they would pay me back, after having defrauded me with a fake leather case. Also, I would have to pay 15$ for the return shipping. And I already lost 96€ for a plastic case, I don't want to lose the case, the money and the shipping fee.
I'm very very angry and I hope that they go bankrupt.

Quality of material is good. Workmanship is average. Price is good value. Reason for 3 star is the return issue. I thought the return would be good but end up paying $120 shipping for return fee and they wanted another $280 for custom fee once it was shipped out to Europe. Co says i am responsible which means i had to pay $400 to return $600 item. So i just left it at custom in Europe. So make sure

I order my second Macbook Air sleeve from Harber. I ordered at 10am yesterday and paid an extra 4 euro for quicker delivery as I did not want the parcel to get caught up in the busy Christmas period. It arrived as ordered at 11am today. That is what I call excellent service. I love my Harber sleeve and this gives me a another colour to choose from ... :-)

Super quality bag. I wanted a small bag to carry my iPad Pro into London for meetings. It’s perfect. Reviews advised to go for MacBook sized bag - spot on. Lovely quality and feel and like the looks too. Perfect.

I read a review about the Harber minimalist desk/mouse mat and decided to order it… arrived much faster than expected (thx friendly FEDEX man) and when I opened the package I was really baffled by the care that had been given to package the object… didn’t order gift wrap but it certainly looked so! On top of that, the mat is really beautifully crafted and (important 😉) works very well! I had a small issue with the invoice but that was taken care of almost instantly (thx S.!). I will certainly turn again to Harber when looking for a gift for a loved one…

I ultimately bought the large Laptop Briefcase and had returned the Work Briefcase only because I didn't like the look. The return was completely smooth. And the new Laptop Briefcase is wonderful--great quality, the interior pouches and pockets hold all my EDC stuff. I travel for business internationally 3x per month, so getting the right briefcase where I can keep my various EDC and know where it is inside is really important to me. The Harbor does that well
