I ordered several weeks ago, no item has been delivered, no correspondence and just the worst experience ever.
I am now fighting to get my money back from this horrendous company.

My heart sank when I saw some of the reviews on here after I had ordered (a personalised hot water bottle cover). BUT, nay desperandum. The service was quick and it is a good vfm product.

Really happy with the cushion! It's a Christmas gift for my youngest daughter, of her beloved pet gecko. She is going to love it!
I didn't know what to expect with size as, I guess, differences in shapes and sizes, but it's perfect! Something she can cuddle in bed.
It took exactly 1 week from purchase to delivery. Very impressed.

The cushion was made in highest quality and filled with lavender! The customer service is excellent, prompt to reply to customer’s inquiry. A very trustworthy company!

I ordered a love heart photo cushion and was extremely disappointed when it arrived. The head of the photo was cut and I specifically asked for the whole photo to be on the cushion, was so poorly made. This cushion was for my elderly auntie of her late sons and to bring her some comfort. I spoke to Nathan and he did agree to make another one but sadly it did not arrive so I completely wasted my money.

Appalling service. Ordered a customised cushion two weeks ago and I still have not received anything. They won't pick up the phone or reply to any emails, I only managed to get a reply via facebook messenger, super unprofessional.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, i have had no update on the order to say if its been dispatched and not received anything. I have tried to contact them for 2 days, i am getting no response via email, and noone is picking up the phone. Someone will be disappointed on their birthday now. I would save your money and not waste it on here.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a personalised cushion 16 days ago and it still has not been created or shipped. No answer to phone calls or emails. I have since ordered one from a different company which has already arrived. Use a different company!!

Ordered a personalized snood and received two pieces of material that stevie wonder could have cut straighter these are not snoods but expensive cuts of material do not buy from these people
