I bought two dog face cushions for gifts for my two children as we had recently lost our family dog. The delivery was on time. when I opened the package I was so pleased with how they came out the picture was very clear and I loved the detail of the shape of the cushion. They really bring joy to us to see and be able to cuddle them. I would definitely recommend happysnagifts. (Rated 5 / 5 stars)

Ordered two personalised luggage tags. One arrived in the wrong colour. It was quickly re produced - but again in the wrong colour and with the postcode lower case. They apologised and refunded the hefty next day delivery fee. Both tags snapped during transit. Do not buy these tags if you check your bag. Added a review to their website which has yet to be published.

We bought these case tags for my newly wed son and his wife for their cases to go on honeymoon. A picture of their fur baby hit the mark whilst they were away from her. Sadly one of the tags snapped whilst away. Happy snap team had no issues in replacing the order and they were waiting for them on their return along with their fur baby. Great service from the team there, highly recommend

Brilliant product and even better customer service!

I placed 2 orders, one slightly after the other, and when I realised delivery might be tight, timing wise, I gave them a call to see if I could pay extra for the superfast delivery and the very helpful chap told me no need to pay extra he appreciated my order and would go and personally make sure it was processed and sent out that day.

Absolutely brilliant in today's age to get straight through to a real person and have them actually be helpful without complaint.

Will definitely use this company again!

Bought the masks for my brothers 40th, they’re so good we’re buying some for his fiancé for the wedding. Must recommend the “already done” version as cutting out those little eyes would have been a pain!

Quality of mask, print very poor, and the cutting out was shocking, blunt lines and just very bad quality , wouldn’t use again!!

Years ago I ordered a small double-sided photo collage cushion for a friends 50th. It turned out fantastic and recipent loved it. I never wrote a review back then but chose to order the same product for Mother's day. I chose to put 10 photos on the back and front of my favourite photos of myself and my beautiful 92yr old mum. She absolutely loved the cushion and loves how soft it feels as well. It will be treasured. Will order again from the company. Sent so quickly as well. Thank you.

I ordered a mask and received an A4 sheet of paper with a face on it with a separate elastic band. I was expecting a mask. Now I will have to cut it out myself and attach the band. I am very disappointed and will not be using this company again.

Took a risk due to the mixed reviews but happy I did, brought a personalised face pillow and I’m super happy with it and the making and delivery process was SO fast!
Really pleased will be ordering again thank you :)

I bought some scrunchies too. The material was terrible very starched ,It was faded. I had personalised in the print was terrible. My advice don’t bother I’ll throw them in the bin.
