Charged double, poor customer service, slow
Charged double because I separated my laundry for my first order and didn't have the official company laundry bag to put the separated laundry in. Rigid and non-personalized customer service responses. Other companies are faster with same-day pickup and next day delivery. Having an all day window for pickup and drop off means customers laundry is sitting outside their house all day while they are at work. Evening only pickups and dropoff would resolve this problem.

Seamless and Convenient
Seamless service and my clothes came back the next day clean and nicely folded. I will definitely use HappyNest again, the convenience of the process was a huge benefit.

The clothes were folded neatly and returned the next day. The pickup time was off by 5 hours but this didn’t impact the schedule. Easy to schedule on app. Notified of the driver's location.

Picked up and delivered early and promptly. Everything was neatly folded with collared shirts on hangers and wrinkle free. Very reasonable prices. This is such an excellent way to relieve some of the stress of trying to keep my house in order. Thank you Happy Nest!

Do your research
Definitely not washed according to this site. The clothing was all stretched out as tho it was worn. Smelled like drug store perfume. First piece I saw was a very soiled long sleeve shirt. When I wash and either line dry or place in dryer the clothing is always a little snug and there is no way these were washed as they were hanging of my body and stretched out. Will not be back.
