Card quality is poor

Card quality is poor - when attempting to scratch off the card, the card# digits were damaged. Happycards call number does not allow any contact without a card number. Impossible to get hold of this company.

Do NOT recommend the unHappy card

Went to Macy’s. Spent hours trying on clothes for my daughter only to find out Macy’s can’t actually process the card. Not even a manager can get it to work. She said we have to shop online. So I went online and using the Happy Card is not an option for payment. I tried calling to ask for help and I’m put in an endless loop of automated information. Unreal! Big money scam if you ask me.

My Grandaughter received a Happy Teen…

My Grandaughter received a Happy Teen gift card.
We went to Ardene in Canada to use it but after she bought something no one could tell us what the balance was that was left on it.
I tried to go on line to find out when I tore the strip off the numbers all peeled off as well.
So when I tried to call the customer service number it will not allow me to speak to a customer service rep unless I put in the number at the back.
I emailed but of course no body responded.
Useless card please do not buy for anyone you know.
Waste of time and money!!!!!

Frustrating experience

On the back of the card and on the website it clearly states that the plastic gift card may expire, but your funds never will. However, when you call the contact number (866-907-0850) a message says that once the card has expired, there is no access to the funds. The message says not to bother speaking to a rep because they will say the same.
I'm stubborn, I wanted to hear it from a person. I had to try several times to get through to a customer rep (the line kept ending the call). However, once I did, they said they can't authorize another card, but they can send a refund cheque that will arrive in 30 days. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but at least the balance isn't lost.

***Warning: Gift Cards Expire with No Access to Unused Funds***

I received a $50 gift card from the “Happy” brand for my birthday. The gift card indicates that “funds do not expire” and that if the card expires beyond the noted date, you can call 1-866-907-0850 to get a replacement card. 3 weeks after my card expired, I called this number but the voice recording indicated that once a card expires you cannot access the funds or get a new card. That means that this $50 is unusable. This is false advertising, unethical, and a waste of the gift giver’s money.
