Dressing the boy. Making the man.
Simon and Colin were kind, funny and brilliant at their job. My big, tall son, soon to be married in America, needed someone to dress him from top to toe. He'd been lucky.He'd found a new linen suit in a charity shop, saving himself some money. But how to turn a bargain into an outfit he (and we) would always remember? Slowly and gently, Simon and Colin found just the shirt, socks, neck ties and finally, the right sized Panama hat he needed. Then, Simon showed him exactly how to pack it all for his flight to get married in Maine, USA.

Well I have been a Hansfords customer for many many years now. Why? Because they offer service, quality, variety and personal contact every single time I visit the shop. Their range of products are exceptional as is the quality of their products.
Someday maybe ALL Gents Outfitters will be as good as Hanford's but I doubt it.

Great customer service.
I bought some men’s handkerchiefs which arrived quickly. Fortunately they arrived to the correct address as Hanford’s rang me to check the address, which was missing the house number.

What a gem!
I've been a customer for several years and always pop into the shop when in Chichester, often simply to browse and almost as often come away with a purchase. The range of clothing is fantastic with a great choice. I love colour and am never disappointed with the shirts. The team is great, always helpful, friendly and honest ... does my bum look big in this? :-) Visit, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly, knowledgeable and v helpful staff. Would have been a 5 star but for the cost! Most expensive pair of casual trousers I have ever bought and the cost of parking in Chichester is nearly as bad!
