The customer service offered by Anne was amazing. Being a little more seasoned and a tad bit technically challenged she was very thorough, polite, and walked me through several steps. Her directions were clear and concise and not rushed. She not only addressed my initial concern, she also helped me with a few other items I was unsure of. At my age you need a little reassurance before proceeding in uncertainty. That may just be me, but she definitely helped me feel better about my ability and knowledge.

When I was first beginning to learn the website, I made multiple demo and live accounts in an attempt to gain access to them because I believed I had missed a step. I now know what I am doing, so with that being said, I was looking to get rid of these extra accounts, and Agent Mike was able to go ahead and get these extra accounts taken care of for me.
