Customer Service Champions

Thank you Anne and the HankoTrade team for such a swift response and resolution to my issue. Even though it was my own fault they took no time and correcting the issue and providing me sound advice on how to avoid the issue in the future. Amazing customer support

Reached out to customer support via live chat and was happy with the swiftness of the help and answers I received. I am a new member of the platform, so it felt great for that to be acknowledged with a nice welcome prior to me explaining that. Shout out to Anne for being an amazing rep.
