Sometime during the pandemic
Sometime during the pandemic I found a bottle of Hand in Hand hand sanitizer. I loved it because it sat perfect in my cupholder in my car. It was mild smelling and not thick and gooey. Well it ran out and I couldn’t find it anywhere. Googled to find it and was happy to order direct! Thanks for a wonderful product!

Love the fragrance!
I have already received several compliments on the fragrance of Hand in Hand. Even with just the sugar scrub, the fragrance lingers for some time. It's wonderful to find a great product that also supports a great cause. I'll be purchasing these items again and again.

Incorrect description
An item was advertised as 8 oz on the website and order confirmation email, but when delivered it was only 6 oz. I emailed Customer Service and was simply told, "this was an error on our website" with no effort to make amends.
The product itself is lovely.

I absolutely LOVE the hand soap. I had a problem with a couple of the pumps and they promptly sent me two new bottles and let me keep the ones I had. I will be buying from them again for sure!!

Failed dispenser ruins the experience
Sanitiser is acceptable in terms of alcohol content. Aloe doesn't produce the nicest odour, but it is good for the skin.
The reusable, recyclable aluminium bottle is a real plus. It also gets away from plastic and sanitiser interacting over time in unhealthy ways.
The real problem comes down to the cheap plastic nozzle for delivering the sanitiser. I bought a 2-pack of the larger 296ml/10oz bottles. The idea of a rotating on/off nozzle system seemed like a good idea, but you fail to execute it effectively. Both nozzles on both bottles quickly fell off and sanitiser began bubbling out. I would quickly lose the detached nozzles, rendering the entire delivery system useless.
As usual, it's the cheap plastic (I repeat myself when I say these two words together!) That causes the downfall of an otherwise promising idea.
If you make a truly portable version that doesn't quickly fall apart, I will consider trying it. Perhaps you could send me a sample to give it a bit of real-world stress testing?
