After having to wait for over two months to see my normal physician, and finding from my work that I would require a second appointment scheduled to retrieve additional information (and not having that time to wait for another appointment), I set up this appointment online. The process was quick, easy and professional. I was asked to upload all supporting medical history documents related to our appointment, and our conversation centered around what my issues were in combination with the historical documentation. I appreciate the willingness to listen and provide suggestions and feedback for my requirement for work accomodation note. All my questions were answered and needs were met. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of assisstance when you have a challenge getting in to see your regular doctor.

Dr Eric Jackson-Scott is a great listener and understands my physical concerns and the living day to day challenges I am facing. The handicap permit was easy to assess and determine need and did not take long to get and begin using. It is a relief to have it available especially on those more difficult days. He even followed up to make sure I received the permit with no issues. Highly recommend this service. Very professional and legit. Well worth the office visit fee.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I uploaded all my VA docs and Dr. Eric Jackson-Scott gave me a call a few mins after our scheduled appt. He apologized due to appts running over. It’s very understandable and the entire process was MUCH FASTER than if I went to a Dr in office. I appreciate his kindness and quickness with all the forms. The entire process from beginning to getting my tags took less than 2 weeks for me! Thank you!!!

I had video appointment open early and waited 10 minutes. No one ever joined. Can't recommend these clowns

Very nice and professional doctor. I did not feel rushed and he was very empathetic. Had super quick turn around time and thorough, thoughtful response for necessary documentation that I required.

The inital service was fast and everything seemed good, but the incorrect form was sent. After requesting the correct form to be sent, they asked for an extra fee. After weeks of back and forth I was able to get the correct form sent without the extra fee. Total time to get my correct form was THREE MONTHS.

I appreciate all the hard work by the doctor and his staff, they showed true concern about my situation and were able to help. I think a lot of people are skeptical when using a online site, especially when someone is older like me. The doctor and staff made it quite easy, thank you again doctor for all your help

I was sketch on using a service like this so I used a credit card incase it was a scam but it is 100 percent authentic! I needed someone to sign off for an autistic child as my medical wouldn't do it for some reason even though the DMV says its legitimate, the Handicapmd team was great! It did take about a month from first inquiry to holding placard but that was mostly waiting on the post office to deliver documents via mail. The team was always checking in with me a few times a.month to see if I recieved the documents and keeping in the loop. If youre struggling or fighting with your doctor to get a placard for yourself or child you HAVE TO use Handicapmd! The price is nominal and worth it instead of back and forth fighting with insurance and primary care doctor! I was not paid to do this review just want to help anyone that may be going through the arguments that I already did!

The doctor was friendly, personable and extremely professional. The staff honestly went above and beyond to help me out with some issues I had, and felt like she was available around the clock. This was an excellent experience and my only regret is that I didn't find handicapmd sooner.
