Dr. Scott was very empathetic and professional. I’ve been dealing with spine injury for the last 7 years. I provided my supporting records, met with the doctor for 15 minutes and approved my permanent disability based on my ongoing issues. Super friendly staff made the process seamless!

My own doctor had his own medical issues and went on leave so I reached out to the folks at HandicapMD. They were absolutely fantastic for so many reasons. Firstly, their service is super easy and secure - all your documents and information is transferred in a safe way. They also have a great platform to communicate really efficiently. And the fee is so reasonable! If you need a placard, I would call them. The doc is genuine and understanding. 💯

Ena and Dr. Eric Jackson were extremely informative and helpful. Overall took about 3 weeks from setting an appointment to getting my placard. They had a fast response time and were quick to answer any questions. No hesitation on my recommendation!

Working with HandicapMD was great, after a quick same-day appointment I uploaded medical records that confirmed my need for a placard and after a review by Dr. Jackson-Scott, I received my forms to take to the DMV. Working with Dr. Jackson-Scott and his practice manager, Ena Doron was great. Dr. Jackson-Scott offered advice and a potential treatment no other doctor had thought of as a recommendation. Ms. Doron was extremely responsive and helpful and made the experience simple and fast. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

HandicapMD is convenient to use with short waiting times for appointments. Their staff is very responsive to any inquiries and helpful.

I was hesitant but I got what I needed is about a 10 days. The doctor was very nice and a good listener.

Dr. Scott and his assistant Ena were excellent! The process is very straightforward, prompt, and above all legitimate. Through the link you set up your telehealth appointment, and in my case, I had set up my pre-existing disability health records within a profile held in confidence within his records. There is an "upload" docs section before your tele-conference appointment. (I also uploaded the exact motor vehicles form with my state, which Dr. Scott needed to authorize with his evaluation and signature.) Dr. Scott was very personable and helpful. Your appropriate documentation is then loaded within your file within 2-3 days, you print it off, and take it to your state motor vehicles to get your tags. Extremely helpful doctor, and staff.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Dr. Jackson-Scott was amazing! He handled my disability benefits certification quickly and professionally, which made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable he was. I can’t thank him enough for making something that felt overwhelming so simple.

Ms. Doron was also wonderful!! She was patient, kind, and made sure I had all of the forms I needed. Every question I had she answered very quickly and was very informative. I’m so grateful I found this company and would recommend them in a heart beat.

I was a little apprehensive about this process, but I didn’t have to be.I filled out a lengthy questionnaire, and then schedule a Zoom interview with the physician. Dr. Jackson Scott couldn’t be more wonderful, and immediately put me at ease. He was amicable, patient, and compassionate. He even told me he was sorry for my pain!. Ena his staff was also extremely efficient and helpful. I had so many questions!

The interview was brief and I was approved for my placard. Next stop is DMV. I’m apprehensive again.

The doctor really took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and was able to thoughtfully outline my treatment needs. Communication was very easy via the portal, and Ms. Doron was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend!

The physician who met with me was quick and responsive; I was able to get a next-day appointment. I received my paperwork right away and was able to submit for my request. I would recommend Handicapmd to anyone!
