Absolutely satisfied with the service I received. Doctor Jackson-Scott was amazing; he is very understanding and excellent with communication. While it did take about 3 weeks to receive my signed paperwork and doc notes it arrived safely. I was able to get my placards with no questions asked. Ena from Customer Service was on top keeping me updated and checking on how I was doing and I feel very taken care of. I cannot recommend any other teledoc except HandicapMD. Amazing service and fast responses.
