We lived in a rented property through hancocks for just over a year and it was a lovely house, perfect for our family of 3 and we would’ve happily stayed there for many more years. We did actually decide to expand our family, and this is the reason for why we had to move out and into a bigger property. But overall the house was amazing and perfect for us and anything we ever needed, Hancock’s were able to sort for us in a very quick time as well.

From the initial appraisal by Sam to the viewings and completion there were no issues and the process was as smooth and as quick as it could have been. On the occasion I called to ask for an update they were ahead of the game and had already chased and were up to speed on the latest position. Every different member of the team I spoke to throughout the process knew about the property which gave me confidence that behind the scenes it is a team effort. I have no hesitation in recommending Hancocks to anyone looking to sell their property friendly and efficient agents with a wealth of knowledge of the local market.

This is the 2nd time I have gone with Hancocks and again they have been nothing but fantastic. Sam Jake and the team have shown professionalism, support and are really on the ball. I wouldn’t use anywhere else other than Hancocks, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience with Hancock’s so far. We are in a unique situation as we have part exchanged our property to a new build developer who have marketed our property with Hancock’s and another agent. Hancock’s have been fantastic from the start organising professional photography, marketing of the property online and scheduling viewings. Sam has been professional and polite throughout. The worst and most incompetent estate agents I have ever encountered and definitely the worst in Melton Mowbray! How dare you refuse to deal with your landlord, based purley on your own prejudice and self-empowered right of entitlement. How dare you mess with people's lives in the way you did and still do purley so you can take your commission and do absolutely nothing. Right from the beginning when I arranged a house viewing Sam from Hancock estate agent was helpful, very approachable and professional. Sam then seen us through our offer, and the whole process , always keeping us updated as things progressed. I would definitely not only use Hancock again but would highly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic business and took the stress out of moving !

My brother and I have recently sold two properties through Hancocks. During both sales we have been kept well informed of all issues as and when they occurred. One sale was straight forward the second had the odd issue but both sales completed with very happy buyers and happy sellers. Sam and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

There are a couple of great estate agents out there but after the amazing support from Sam and the team, I would only ever use or recommend Hancock. Moving house is stressful enough especially with my young family but the genuine care and support from Hancock restores my faith in quality customer service and care.
