I asked Alex to take the hassle and stress away from my life !! That’s exactly what he has done! Previously with a high St chain and I had nothing but overcharging, and a complete lack of communication!! Alex has taken all that stress away and would recommend him to anyone who wants the hassle taken away!

This has hands down been my best experience as a tenant.
The most fair, pleasant and helpful landlord I have used or heard of, making my time spent at the house really feel like I lived there.
I was supposed to stay 6 months as an inbetween but ended up staying over 5 years

During my one year stay in Brighton I was living in a shared house with 4 others in Queens park road. The property was managed by BRH Property and Management & Solutions. My overall stay there was a positive one. The room itself was very spacious and furnished. The house mates were pleasant as well. The agency was very easy to get in touch with and quick to reply to any concerns. Very pleased with the experience.

The overall experience is very great. I lived in the property for 2 years and Alex is the best property manager I’ve ever met.The communication with them are easy and high efficiency.

I had a great time living in the Zone. The public area at the flat is well organized. It's cleaned every week. Our flat has excellent facilities. Especially in the kitchen. The floor heating works well during winter to keep us warm. All the neighbours are friendly. The flat is located in a nice area. Most importantly, the agent is very professional and responsible. It has been great living here. Would highly recommend this place!

I just moved out of one of the houses managed by BHR Properties, having to move cities for work. I did it with heavy heart as the past three years there have been great thanks to Alex. Not just he was always ready to address the practical issues raised by us tenants, but also he was great in selecting tenants that would nicely fit in the household. And even more appreciated, he would grant us to have a voice in the newcomers’ selection. I had a great time there.

Alex from BRH property management was the agent and managed the property I rented for two years, and I had a very good experience the entire time. It’s not easy to find a place to rent with a pet, but Alex assured me that I’d be able to have a cat at the property. The process of moving in and out of the flat was very easy, and all my dealings with Alex were pleasant - Any issues I had were dealt with promptly. Even when I was moving out, Alex was very considerate and only arranged viewings on one day to minimise any inconvenience to me. As a tenant, I would definitely recommend BRH, and especially Alex - it’s been one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had renting.

We rented a flat with Brh. It was by far the best experience renting out a flat we have ever had in London in over ten years. I can honestly say Alex is most responsive and honest estate agent I have ever rented from.

Everything that was promised was promptly delivered on, every issue sorted in record time and all communication clear, transparent and charming.

It was the first time in my life that deposit was not deducted for spurious reasons. We needed childcare locks installed and Alex sorted that swiftly. When we had boiler trouble he talked us through solutions on a Sunday night and immediately put us in touch with a trusted member of his team.

I could not recommend Brh more! They are a gem, and let’s be honest you don’t find a gem in the London lettings market every day.
