Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration caused.

Due to exceptionally high demand, a few of the items in your order went out of stock sooner than expected. Our team were in the process of part-dispatching the items we did have, but I’m sorry this was not communicated clearly — I completely understand why this would have been confusing.

As requested, your order has now been cancelled in full. You’ll receive a confirmation and any payment will be refunded right away.

We never want to disappoint our customers, and I’m very sorry that we fell short for you on this occasion. Our small team is working hard to keep up with demand, and your feedback genuinely helps us improve.

If there is anything else I can help with, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Warm regards,
Jasmin
