Hampshire Heating Services installed a new boiler a few years ago and have serviced it annually ever since. One of the best companies I have dealt with. A very knowledgeable, informative business, competitively priced and offering a thorough, clean and tidy experience.

Used Hampshire Heating Services for the first time last year and they have done my boiler service this year. The communication is great and Dylan is polite, punctual and tidy. Wouldn’t use anyone else now, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Dylan is a rare find amongst tradesman! He’s reliable, professional, efficient and a lovely person. He’s my go to person for any heating, boiler and urgent needs.

Dylan and his colleagues worked hard non stop all day for two days, very prompt and punctual.

What a refreshing experience, having had my enquiries ignored by several other local gas engineers over the past fortnight, my faith has been restored.
My initial contact was made via the excellent website, and a response was quickly received, I was able to book from a choice of available times for the following day which saved me from having to wait home all day, which up until now has been my usual experience with other companies.
Dylan arrived promptly for the appointment and was professional and courteous throughout, he was able to quickly identify and remedy a number of faults and carried out additional safety checks, providing plenty of useful advice along the way.

My first time using this company . Dylan came around within a couple of hours when my boiler stopped working during a very cold spell . He had to visit twice , first visit the boiler seemed to be working again but stopped again shortly afterwards. Dylan came straight back out and got the boiler working again . He’s very polite and friendly . I will use again and recommend.
