Fantastic hammock and stand combo. Love that the stand is metal but in the arked style of wooden stands. The stand is strong, sturdy and robust. My husband says it was simple and easy to build on his own. The hammock is large and easily fits two people comfortably. Plus two people can lift and move it if needs be. Now just waiting for some warmer weather. Don't hesitate buying one.

Great company, returning customer
Just bought our second Tropilex Hanging Chair and very happy with it. Really well made, colours matched the website pictures and, as previously experienced, delivery was speedy and well communicated by Hammock Giant.

Great hammock
I use my hammock in place of a bed.
It is the Hammock with Single Stand 'Arc & Classic' Black.
This is a great quality hammock & stand which is so comfortable!

Bad service
Ordered a hammock but they will not send it to the Canaries. Offered to pay the extra costs but they did not want to give the service to post it to me.

We have not been shipping to overseas for several years now. It has gone wrong too often. Packages get lost and delivery times are too long.
And despite the fact that the customer wants to take the risk themselves, we are still considered responsible.

Hammock feels great
Hammock feels great, I bought a double with a spreadbar. Nice size and comes with an oblong pillow which has shoulder straps attached to it can be rolled up inside the hammock when you put it back in the hammock bag. However, as for the stand that I ordered, separately, from the same website,
it is very heavy , and frustratingly it does not come with any oblong bag for going on trips. I purchased the family size stand with the straight single bars.
One of the vertical standing bars ( the one with the hook ) had a poorly welded line down the middle.
I was shocked at the poor quality paint work, it scratches very easily, even with fingernails . But otherwise, it it easy to assemble
