Excellent again! I've ordered from Hamilton Pens several times and have been very happy with the experience. I enjoy receiving the monthly newsletter which is both fun and informative and the accompanying discount is greatly appreciated.

Efficient & fast delivery
This is the first time I have used The Hamilton Pen Company. Delivery was very fast and the product well wrapped without excessive use of packing (unlike a package I received the same day from a very well known on-line retailer whose packaging was more than four times the size of its contents) . Would definitely use the company again.

My order hasn’t arrived
My order hasn’t arrived. Royal Mail tracking shows it delivered to a different location but they won’t speak to me as I’m the recipient not the sender. Emailed customer services but no response. It was only a small order but that’s not really the point is is.
