Misopaper.com offer a speedy and responsive service. I had an issue with a Traver’s company notebook ordered from them. The issue itself was down The Traveler’s Notebook Co and nothing to do with MisoPaper. I emailed with Miso photos and received an almost instant response from Donna with an apology and printable tracked returns label. That was on Wednesday 7th. Today, Friday 9th I received a replacement Notebook cover. You can’t beat that - excellent service and I highly recommend Miso Paper and will definitely be buying more from their excellent range of products!

Very easy to deal with this firm. I need a quality paper supplier, and MD Paper is some of the best worldwide. Miso's website is easy to navigate and efficient.

Ordered a pen Thursday afternoon and received it Saturday morning! Lovely packaging and wrapping with some cool stickers that I gave to my 7 yr old daughter who is delighted! Great service, thanks very much.

Such a great range of products! Literally the only place I could find the 2026 'OURS Free Research Journal' in the UK. My preorder was dispatched a little later than expected, but everything was well packaged and came promptly after they had received the stock. 10/10 for the speedy email replies. I would definitely order again :) So happy!

Miso Paper is a well-curated online store, stocking fabulous stationery that is otherwise quite tricky to find in the UK. I ordered a limited edition Traveler’s Notebook from there, and today everything arrived safely, in beautiful condition. Barbara also enclosed a lovely thank you card and little gifts.
