Very unprofessional and misleading experience.I started an update via Windows and after that only the backlight worked. I tried the method specified by HP Recovery (Windows+B), which requires a USB stick with the original BIOS from the HP website, but that didn't work. I checked the reviews and thought it would be fine, as I had just moved to Hamburg, and tried “hamburger-computerservice, Eimsbütteler Marktpl. 1, 20257 Hamburg, Germany.” . I told him on the phone that I had a problem with the BIOS. On the phone, he said he could repair it for 13 euros. In the shop (which consists of just one room in an apartment with old computers), he was very nervous and told me he would ask a specialist. I paid him 40 euros on the first day I gave him my notebook. After a few days, he asked me to give him the battery and CD drive, which I did. After that, he didn't contact me for a week and a half, and when I called him, he said my PC was broken and couldn't be repaired, and that it was only worth 60 euros in hardware. He was out of town, and the following Monday I got my PC back. He said he had worked on it for three hours and would not return the 40 euros.
I asked him what exactly he had done, and he said he had used the same USB stick I had given him and just pressed the button, nothing else. Well, I lost 40 euros to this artist because he kept my PC for two weeks. It seems like I just paid the rent. He didn't open it and try to use a programmer because the BIOS chip is on the other side of the board and the motherboard has to be unplugged.
I will never recommend him for PC repair and hopefully others can save their time and money. Please see the photos attached as well. I repaired it myself and writing review from same PC.

Ich habe die von HP Recovery angegebene Methode (Windows+B) ausprobiert, für die ein USB-Stick mit dem Original-BIOS von der HP-Website erforderlich ist, aber das hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe ihm am ersten Tag, an dem ich ihm mein Notebook gegeben habe, 40 Euro bezahlt. Nach ein paar Tagen bat er mich, ihm den Akku und das CD-Laufwerk zu geben, was ich auch tat. Danach meldete er sich eineinhalb Wochen lang nicht bei mir, und als ich ihn anrief, sagte er, mein PC sei kaputt und könne nicht repariert werden, und dass er als Hardware nur 60 Euro wert sei. Er war nicht in der Stadt, und am folgenden Montag bekam ich meinen PC zurück. Er sagte, er habe drei Stunden daran gearbeitet und würde die 40 Euro nicht zurückgeben.
Ich fragte ihn, was genau er gemacht hatte, und er sagte, er habe denselben USB-Stick benutzt, den ich ihm gegeben hatte, und einfach nur den Knopf gedrückt, sonst nichts. Nun, ich habe 40 Euro an diesen Künstler verloren, weil er meinen PC zwei Wochen lang behalten hat. Es scheint, als hätte ich nur die Miete bezahlt. Er hat ihn nicht geöffnet und versucht, einen Programmierer zu verwenden, weil sich der BIOS-Chip auf der anderen Seite der Platine befindet und das Motherboard ausgesteckt werden muss.
Ich werde ihn niemals für PC-Reparaturen weiterempfehlen und hoffe, dass andere ihre Zeit und ihr Geld sparen können. Bitte sehen Sie sich auch die beigefügten Fotos an. Ich habe ihn selbst repariert und schreibe diese Bewertung von demselben PC aus.
