We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 4-6 weeks as these items are built to your specific requirements. At Halpenny Golf all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. You will receive a notification e-mail from GLS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

Good range and price

I had been looking for a armlock putter for some time without success. At my Swedish golf club they were a bit confused when I asked for one. And my normal very big on-line provider of golf equipment didn´t stock any armlock putters. But after widening the search to all of EU I found one at Halpennygolf. And for a very good price. Only the delivery was a bit confusing. Not until the last day I got information where, by whom and when the delivery would take place.

I ordered a top on the 6th of December

I ordered a top on the 6th of December, I still haven't received it 16 days later. I now have to go and purchase another one and wait for the original one I bought to arrive to then take it back to get a refund.
I appreciate it's with a courier company, and out of Halpenneygolf control, but I suggest they change their courier company.

Hi Catherine. We are very sorry for this issue and inconvenience.
Looking at the history, it seems this has been lost by GLS as the parcel has never been delivered or returned to us.

I can see we issued a full refund back to account once we were aware of the issue and that you had to get elsewhere.

We do apologies for the problems caused by carrier.

Good shop, poor delivery partner

Good service from Halpenny Golf themselves, but their choice of delivery partner has lost them a customer.

My order took 18 days to arrive in Portugal, despite their website stating 5-7 business days for European delivery. The shop explained that GLS were overwhelmed by Black Friday orders, but that doesn't excuse such a significant delay. The parcel also arrived in poor condition, though fortunately the contents were unaffected.

GLS may perform adequately within the UK and Ireland, but they appear incapable of delivering to continental Europe in a reasonable timeframe. Until Halpenny Golf offer an alternative carrier, I won't be ordering again.

Hi David, we are very sorry for the delivery delay by GLS.

As per our emails, GLS were unfortunately very backlogged with items entering EU as all were being processed via one central hub Gemrany.

We have been in constant talks with GLS re issues faced by them and subsequent delays impacting our business and customers.

We take great pride in our service levels and have taken steps to ensure this situation does not occur again.

Where is my order

I have gotten an email asking me how my experience and it reminded me that I still haven't received my order 137435. It’s been weeks, will I have it for Christmas?

Hi Suzanne. Looking at your order I can see it was processed on day of order and shipped the Monday (ordered on a Sunday) unfortunately due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday couriers were facing unprecedented levels of parcels and were backlogged.

I can see the parcel was delivered yesterday and I trust all is well. We do apologise for the courier timescale, but unfortunately this is not something we are able to control in this busy period.

Great service but unhappy with the…

Great service but unhappy with the delivery company GLS, package was a Santa present for my son but it was left throw out side my entrance in the rain, with no call from the delivery driver. My 9 yr old son was in the car with me and saw the box and this was his no.1 gift he wanted for Christmas and has ruined the surprise for him now.
