Awful clothes, took over 8 weeks to arrive…

Clothes took over 8 weeks to arrive (despite saying delivery in 7-10 days). All were poor quality and not well cut. Spent several days trying to create an account to return them to no avail. Spent another several hours over the period of a week trying to get a solution from live chat. Fobbed off each time with ‘check your junk’ ‘try again on a different device’ ‘wait until all items have arrived’. Eventually got through to create an account and then began the returns process - the website is constructed to get you to click on the button that cancels the return each time, they demand photos of the issues, you have to give detailed reasons or it won’t let you proceed. Finally you are told it will cost £2.95 to return (then off your refund) and the refund may take several weeks to process… I had to print labels and a return form. They make the whole process EXTREMELY difficult. Consider this a warning.

Overpriced for the quality you get

Ordered 2 pairs of cropped summer pants. They fit well, seem true to size, and the material is nice and lightweight for summer, but they're way overpriced for the quality of them. And they're described as 'zipper pocket' ...... can't find a zip on any pocket! I could have bought similar pants for less than half the price from Shein.

Halara never sent my full order

Halara never sent my full order. I contacted them and was told to take it up with the carrier. They never sent the 3rd pair of jeans to me and I'm supposed to take it up with the carrier?! Customer service is very poor and I definitely won't ever order from this company again.

Halara makes it extremely difficult to return any item. They also had the wrong details and took forever to correct it. The worst is that not only do they deduct a return label fee from your refund but you have to pay for the postage on top of that. Never again please avoid !!!

Clown trousers

Took a while to come but wish they got lost in transit. They aren’t no where near the hype. I got the linen look draw cord wide leg trousers. They are awful! Mass of creases. Not flowy like all those ads. The high waist is so high it affects the length of the legs so they are dragging on the floor. Not great material. Bits of threads poking out of the seams. The legs are much too wide and not like in the ads. I look like a clown. I’m trying to return them but not easy to do that at all! Not happy as you get better in Primark for at least a 3rd of the price. I paid a lot for postage too so nearly paid out £39!

Shocking material and terrible refund process

I ordered two jumpsuits and the material is just horrible. It feels as if I am wearing a giant swimming costume. I went to try and return the items and it appears to be impossible to do so. I keep getting a button saying give up and when I press next instead I eventually go through to a place which tells me I should keep them as they were such good value. I have 5 seconds to press the continue anyway button - which I tried multiple times and then go to a refund policy notice which gives me another 5 seconds to press a button saying ' got it' which doesn't work. It is so frustrating and such bad service. I will never order from them again.

Late arrival of order23/04

My order took over 1 month to arrive. I had to email several times to find out what happened to the order. It would appear that if one item was out of stock then the whole order was held awaiting the restock. I had 15 emails trying to get some answers from Halara, once again you cannot talk to a person. I would not order from them again.

I am absolutely appalled by the…

I am absolutely appalled by the "customer service" (if you can even call it that) provided by Halara.

If you are a UK customer, stay away! Here is why:

The 3 AM Joke: After waiting for over an hour on their Live Chat during the day with no response, they finally replied at 3:22 AM UK time. Because I didn't respond at that ridiculous hour, they closed my ticket for "inactivity." Do you seriously expect paying customers to stay awake 24/7 to catch your random replies? This is a blatant tactic to avoid helping customers.

Influencers Over Customers: It’s clear where their budget goes. They spend millions on TikTok influencers to lure people in, but once they have your money, they treat you like garbage. They prioritize marketing stunts over basic operational efficiency.

TikTok customer service warning:
When I reached out to them, they acted helpful at first and asked me to provide my private email and order evidence to 'escalate' my case. However, THE SECOND I provided the information, they IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED ME.
This is a disgusting, deceptive tactic to bait customers into giving up their details and then cutting off all communication to avoid dealing with legal refund requests. It’s a complete trap. If you are struggling with a refund, DO NOT waste your time on TikTok—they will just block you once they realize you know your legal rights.

Outdated Systems: In 2026, their system is so backwards that they can't even link a logged-in user to their order. Every time you talk to them, it's like they’ve never heard of you.

Unresponsive: Multiple emails sent, yet zero human response. They take your money instantly but disappear when you have a simple question about shipping for pre-order items.

Bottom line: Don't be fooled by the TikTok ads. Their service is non-existent, their "Live Chat" is a scam designed to make you give up, and they have zero respect for UK customers. I will be initiating a chargeback with my bank immediately.

Save your money and your sanity—buy from brands that actually respect you.

Bought jeans which absolutely stunk

Bought jeans which absolutely stunk. After numerous washes (15) I think the smell has finally gone! But in my stupidity have bought from what i thought was Halara au/nz but could possibly a scam site ( be careful)
Haven’t received an email from them so guessing my $62.00 has been donated to Asian/Indian or African scammers
Not holding out ever seeing the new clothes.

Terrible

Order took 2 weeks to deliver even though I had paid £10 more for speedy delivery.
Ordered the 16/18 size tummy control straight leg jeans that were not straight leg nor were 16/18. They were more like 12/14 and were far too tight and also smell disgusting. Cheap, plastic material.
When I tried to initiate a return I was passed to a bot who repeatedly told me there was no order associated with my email. Absolute scam. I will never order from this company again.

I will never use this company again

I will never use this company again. There advertising is false. The items look nothing like the videos and picture they use online. The delivery times are ridiculous. I waited over a month for a pair of jeans. They added a hair clip “free of charge” to my order but I have now been charged for it despite sending it back with the refund and they won’t refund this amount. Awful company.

Halara didn’t respond to messages when their links weren’t working, and returns were really difficult and expensive.

I ordered a pair of jeans that turned out to be way too big. I had a lot of problems with the return process — Halara’s return links didn’t work at all, and I had to pay the shipping costs myself.

On top of that, the refund is split so that part of it is returned as a gift card and part back to my original payment method, which is very inconvenient and basically forces me to buy from Halara again. After this experience, I don’t trust the company at all anymore.

Now I just have to wait and see if I even get my money back at all…

Recently purchased Buddha type…

Recently purchased Buddha type trousers. The product took stupidly long to arrive and smells disgusting - I since learned they use toxic Formaldehyde in their production meaning you need to wash several times in vinegar then wash to get the smell out. The UK should ban Halara UK
