Haista is one of the best amongst the best clinic in Turkey in all forms of aesthetic procedures. I had my hair transplant with Haista and I am so happy with the outcome, in just 20days post-op you’ll see the results, based on my experience, from inquiry up until the execution, it was an excellent service, the staffs are very cool, friendly and accommodating , this made me realized that I needed to come back and visit them again ;)

I had a fantastic experience of hair transplant.
Some of my friends had hair transplant from other clinics and some have from Haista but noticed the difference that people having transplant from Haista have never gone through the headache and pains after the surgery. Haista is using better techniques as compared to the others. All services before and after the procedure were very fair. They cooperated at all stages and fulfilled all terms and conditions that have been agreed.

I waited for more than a year after the procedure to have the final results visible to leave this review. I'm not going to say anything about the meet and greet experience as it was fine and since the clinic pressures clients to leave their feedback right after the procedure I'd say 90% of feedback here is related to that. I'll start from the final results: I'm absolutely disappointed to the level words can't describe. My results are absolutely terrible and now I'm looking for a proper clinic to fix what they have done. I started to worry as soon as scabbing washed off. I doubted the number (3000 grafts) they claimed they transferred. For all my worries throughout this year the answer was the same: you have to wait a bit longer. After a couple of months of my contacts with all kinds of worries they said that if I wasn't satisfied with the final results I would get a refund. Now, when the final results are very bad (you can see some pictures in my review on Google reviews) they say that refund is out of question as results are great (what???!!!) I must also state that all their post-op advices were adhered to. I tried to have a consultation with one of their doctors in the clinic during my visit to Istanbul 8 months after the procedure. They made an appointment, told me that it was doctors' advise for me to get an extra prp procedure right before the consultation which I had done to the tune of 150eur extra in their clinic, and was told right after the procedure that "it was Saturday and of course doctor wasn't there"...What to say here: they lured me into paying for a procedure which I could have done elsewhere for 50eur on a false pretence that I was getting a doctor's consultation right after that. Conclusion: yet another Turkish "clinic" which is doing all their best to get all the money they can out of you, and as soon as you pay, they are not interested in you anymore... AVOID....

Haista Clinic- professionalism and elegance
My experience with this clinic began half a year ago when I discovered the clinic through Instagram and I contacted Mr. Dali, one of the representatives of this clinic. From the first moments I had to deal with common sense, respect and understanding and it was like that until the last moment. The accommodation offered is an elegant one, transport is provided by respectful and good-natured drivers and those who work in the clinic are an example by the quality of the services offered and by their attire. My experience with Haista clinic was amazing. From the beginning over WhatsApp and coming over to Istanbul was nice. They are professional and welcoming. But I would like to say one thing, It would be amazing if the doctor him/her self could conduct a session of 10 to 15 minutes by the time of your arrival to explain the procedure, anesthesia and the things after the procedure by her/him self rather than interpreter I believe it is the doctors job and they know better the procedure and it's consequences rather than the one who is not doctor. And also I believe when the doctors talk to the patient it boosts the patients morale and confidence. We had a quick session of 2 to 3 minutes where things were explained to me briefly and I felt lost and did not know what to ask. No blame on the interpreter he was an amazing, kind and very supportive person. Apart from that everything went well. The procedure took 8 to 9 hours . The staff are caring and supportive and will definitely recommend Haista clinic to my friends.

An amazing job
An amazing job, the procedure went by the book, the staff super artists, very communicative throughout the intervention, transport from the hotel to the clinic and vice versa provided, consultations and supervision in the following days after the intervention. A big YES to this clinic, professional services. The results are amazing even after the first 5 months. I highly recommend this place.
