As a worker in the medical section i will highly recommend haista clinic.The team was extraordinary and the service was fabulous as for the results i can surely say that it was the best place to get it done

I very forts went to London in 2021 to have an hair transplant with Harley street and didn’t have a very good experience at all so 3 years on I went to haista in Istanbul and from start to finish they were amazing ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The clinic is such a lies, not the same as the pictures, the day of the surgery they want to put anasthesie before i see the doctor , the results after was not happy at all and all their excuse was: wait after 6 months and it will change

This has caused my ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION, having spent 4000 dollars.
AFTER 12 MONTHS NO RESULTS, NOW THEY PRESCRIBED ME A PILLS THAT WHEN I SEARCHED ABOUT ON GOOGLE IT SAIS IT IS FOR ACNE HAHAHA, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!,
Minutes before the surgery the helper of the doctor was asking me how I want the results which made me more anxious and nervous, saying that the doctor forgot. I asked where the doctor and they is said he is at lunch, they wanted to put me the anaesthesia without me having seen the doctor that I spoke to. TO BE HONEST I HAVE A FEELING THAT ITS NOT THE DOCTOR WHO DONE THE SURGERY, THEY ARE THE STUDENTS ARROUND HIM PRACTISING!!), I AM NOT SURE IF WE CAN REQUEST THE SURGERY VIDEO LIKE IN EUROPE?? SOMEONE CAN HELP WITH THIS MATTER??

No after care in hotel!! You clean your surgery, and you do everything yourself, no one comes to check on you! Especially I have done the surgery when it was the earthquake last year, None of the managers sent a message to ask about you and how are you feeling, when you ask for their contact number, the customer service lady REFUSES to give the managers contact phone! Terrible accommodation, I meant to be in the beginning in a hotel they put me in a flat in one building facing the hotel I supposed to be in, to go for the breakfast I had to cross the street snowing, with my rhinoplasty just done with extreme cold outside in order to reach the hotel.
After a week when they check on you in the doctor’s office, they try to make you pay for that appointment when everything should be included in the price, so they charged me extra money with the excuse of selling me something which will help with the surgery.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great communication. Well organised, all transfers and hotel sorted. Friendly staff at clinic and translator makes a big difference to the day. Most of all, great aftercare, giving great advice and tips to keep mind at ease on progress. Looking forward to the results

Had a great experience with Haista from start to finish. I was going from Switzerland. They taken from the Airport by a special car. And the Hotel is very big and clean. The Doctors are very kindly. For all i want thanks for Nesrin. When i have a question she giving me answer in a second. highly recommend Haista Just a overall great experience❤️

So January 2024 I decided to have a hair transplant, I had met lots of people who had had this done and thought it’s now or never. I had been given info for 3 places in Turkey, I did my homework and requested quotes from all 3. One did not respond and the other two did, I went with Haista from gut instinct and their communication was faultless. Also a bit cheaper. I booked up and travelled to Istanbul on my own. From start to finish it was like clock work. From being picked up from the airport to going home. I was looked after from start to finish. The transplant took about 6 hours, I will say for anyone who thinking about it, be prepared for a bit of pain and discomfort from the injections in the back and sides of the head. It was 20 odd minutes of toe curling pain. But I will say the results are worth it. The injection to the front of the head were a lot quicker but still unpleasant. Once that’s all done the rest was plane sailing.
I would 100% recommend this company, I two weeks coming back and Haista have contacted me 4 times, asking for new photos, checking on me and guiding me on after care. Absolutely brilliant. They have even asked if I need to complain about anything ,to let them know. I’m a 52 year old man and feel excited to see how I will look in 6 months, already my new hair line is growing, and my bald patch is totally covered in new growth. I had 4300 grafts. Well worth the investment of time and money. Thank you Haista 👍

Highly reliable and top services, before, during and after hair transplant. I'm from Spain and I felt as home. It's clear in Turkey they master this procedure due to the high amount of procedures of this type. However Haista Clinic is top on impressive quality of services and affordable costs. I'm so pleased with them so I hope this review might help others when choosing the right clinic. At least for me everything was really good and if something was needed, promptly was done.
