A big thank to Haista Clinic and team who are highly professional and well organised from start to end. Special thanks to Taim. Very well communicated the pricing, the procedure, before and after care. Taim was the single point of contact for booking, paying and for any questions about hair transplant, hotel, sightseeing etc.

The transfers team contacted well in advance and gave sufficient info about airport transfers, times, pick up, drop, clinic visits etc & stayed connected.
Clinic visit, consultation with doctor, translation service all went well.

The transplant procedure was carried out by professional team who were very friendly and carried out the procedure for 7 hours with lot of patience. 
After procedure the after care team have been in constant touch giving guidance, instructions, support & care and answer all questions with lot of patience.
Overall highly professional team who coordinate very well and work as a team for greater results.

Finally awaiting for results positively with after care.

Unfair and unprofessional. They don't respect a deal we made before. When I came they ask for more money,and their staff was not polite and treat me bad. I show them screen shot of our messages and deal about price and agreement,they don't care about lot. The agent with whom I made a deal didn't respond all day. Finally answer afternoon with new offer,ask 500 eur more than we previously made a deal. I deside to not accept and must pay 350 eur for hotel 2 nighs and transfer from airport to hotel,clinic and back. This price is also unfair, I ask for price in hotel stay and taxi, especially because it's not my guilty. AVOID

I travelled back to haista clinic for my second hair transplant , to fill in my crown area as was explained last time , I hadn't enough graphs to fully fill out the area , I'm extremely happy with my experience this time around just like the last time , the transfers our hotel , the overall care and service I received was top class , the clinic is brand new , I was assigned sadick to look after my every need , any questions I had answered honestly , taim was my contact with the clinic , he was an unbelievable help , I traveled this time with my step son who is only 21yrs old he also had a transplant with fantastic results , overall I can't recommend haista clinic Enough ..

My translators took great care of me during this procedure and the other staff took great care of me and made sure I wasn’t in any pain at all and checked up every now and then to see if I was ok, I’m so excited to see the final results of this procedure and highly recommend haista clinic if you’re looking to get this done :)

I had my hair transplant between 22/11/2024 and 24/11/2024.
First impression was good. There's a driver from the Airport to Hotel as they let you know.
Important Information for European, there's a deposit of 100€ at the hotel that they will refund if anything is ok with the bedroom in the check-out.
I advise anyone to ask for extra bandages after the operation because if you stain sheets after the operation, the hotel will force you to pay sheets, the pillows and pillowcases.

Don't forget to use anything with buttons, because you cant take clothes off, over your head.
There weren't translators for portuguese languages (atenção portugueses treinem o vosso inglês), the clinic says there will be translators but i got unlucky although the translators speak English very well.

The operation went well, the doctors were very kind, they even help me with my post operation dificulties (i felt dizzy and weak the day after), the translators sometimes leave the operation room and thats normal, if you get a little anxious and came alone, ask the translator to return the room. I advise anyone to go with someone.

After the operation they try to sell a kit, its up to you buy it or not, like 350€ (for 3 months use).

The after care department thru WhatsApp answered all my questions and gave after operations indications.
I felt safe and not forgetton

The area where they implanted the follicles indicates that they are growing well so far...will wait 4 more months...for new review but so far so good.

Hope they learn how to do this transplant. They have put plenty in the front and missed many behind that. I clearly mentioned before the surgery about this. They are just greedy to get the money. Even my 2 friends also felt the same. Definitely not recommend

I had my hair transplant roughly 1 year ago and never been happier with my results I flew over from Scotland to Istanbul I was given 5* experience and looked after every step of the way and always kept updated my translator was also amazing his English was so fluent. The surgeons who worked on me were all really nice too my surgery went really well and my results turned out amazing.

If your thinking of going and are in doubt just do it go and when the results start to show it is really worth haista clinic is the best these guys definitely know what they are doing.
