I had been using the hairmax Laser Comb in which I did have very good results with less shedding and hair growth. However, I stopped using it for a few months. I spoke with Emmily at hairmax with questions regarding me getting back on track and some new shedding due to taking a break. Emmily was very helpful and informative and answered my questions. I appreciate Hairmax and am thankful for the help I received today.

Great customer service with Hairmax! I contacted them because my order had not arrived as expected. They verified with UPS that the package had been lost and immediately re-shipped by device and provided an upgrade. I received the device the next day!

The product quality and customer service of Hairmax is outstanding. I like the fact that they manufacture their products here int he USA. I have used Hairmax supplements and their other hair products (shampoo, conditioner, scalp treatments) with good results. When speaking to a customer service representative I have received responsive answers to all my questions. One product issue was addressed very quickly and to my satisfaction. Hairmax continues to innovate and never takes their customers for granted. Highly recommend.

If you're a guy, no matter what laser cap you buy, the chances are it won't work. I have had this hair band with 272 lasers for over two years and followed the directions. NOTHING! Now, I am lucky as I still have most of my hair; I wanted to strengthen it and get a little more growth. NOPE! You will find that ladies get results, but guys do not. Most of the positive results are from the gals. From more investigating for guys, if you want to see anything, you need to block out the DHT first, and then, and only then, you might see results. To help, Hairmax has offered to send me some of their DHT blockers to try. The ones the doctor prescribes have side effects, so we shall see what these do. Excellent of them to offer.

I’ve just purchased my 3rd model of HAIRMAX Laser devices within 20 years.
I now own the PowerFlex Laser Cap 272 and love this model. I have the freedom of no longer having to hold the device. The quality and workmanship is impeccable. The compact ease for traveling and is attractive.
I must comment on the Customer Service also.
Their Agent Yaritza was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patience and kindness. Very impressed.

I bought the LaserBand 82 three years ago and bought a second one for my vacation home so I would never be without it. I’ve used it faithfully 3x per week and see a visible difference where I had noticeable thinning hair from a thyroid issue.
I’ve recommended the LaserBand to several friends, and everyone seems to love this device as much as I do—both men and women.
Before I purchased my device from HairMax three years ago, I looked into making a purchase from one of their competitors. Update: Don't fall for the nice comments they add after complaining. These are just words with no action - they told me they were reviewing my complaint but never heard anything back.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Hairmax that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a product from them with the expectation of a smooth transaction and adherence to their stated policies, but my experience was far from satisfactory.
1. Misleading Return Policy: According to their website, a 20% fee is supposed to cover return shipping and handling. However, when I requested a return shipping label, they refused to provide one, contradicting their own policy. I was forced to supply my own return shipping label, which added unnecessary hassle and expense.
2. Dishonored Discount Agreement: Initially, I was informed that a 10% discount would be applied. But upon receiving my order, the discount was incorrectly adjusted to 20%. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and voicemail, I received no response.
3. False Claims About Return Timeline: I contacted them before returning the product and referenced their terms listed on the website. Josh Soto agreed to reduce the fee to 10%, but then sent me an email stating that additional charges were applied because the product was returned after six months. This is incorrect, as I returned the unit well within the six-month period.
4. Shady Practices: As soon as I received the product, they asked me to share positive feedback in exchange for a free gift, even before I had a chance to use the product. This seems like an attempt to garner good reviews under false pretenses.
5. Poor Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly with the company, their responses were slow and unhelpful. It appears they are more interested in avoiding accountability than in providing good customer service.
Based on my experience, I would caution potential customers to be wary of Hairmax. Their misleading policies, dishonored agreements, and questionable practices make it difficult to trust them. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

I started using my Hairmax Dual Actonis 18 in January. I marked my calendar to check for growth in May but in March my hairdresser mentioned on her own that she noticed a lot of hair growth. I was so surprised because I never mentioned to her that I was using anything .
I have received compliments from my husband lately about how full my hair looks and I myself notice the growth. I can see all the hairs when I wear a pony tail. This is a game changer for me and will be using it forever. Simple to use and 8 minutes goes by quick.

I am getting new hair growth at the front along the hairline, though the new hairs are all extremely fine.
Unlike some other sellers, I believe their HairMax laserbands are brand new, not re-conditioned.
I bought my Hairmax laserband 41 in Jan 23, and in May 23 the comb started to come away from the band. They replaced it under the guarantee. In April 24 it happened again, and this time it was well outside warranty. Nevertheless, they again replaced it very quickly and without quibbling. I hope they develop a stronger way to attach the combs to the band but I can’t fault the customer service.
