My point of contact is a gentleman called Nihal. I've met him in person for my initial consultation and he came across very knowledgeable, understanding and honest in his approach. Nihal then arranged the transplant for me in Manchester. The Doctor and other staff members were very supportive and professional. I'm excited and looking forward to my hair growing! Dr. Shuaib and team members helped me a lot, the best part is surgeon didn’t hit hard as it went smoothly during operation and the best thing they patiently wait for me till late for the cab as Arsenal parade is going on. Really helpful and went extra mile.

These guys are very good and I really got an amazing surgery done 4 days ago, they gave me brilliant density and they really are kind. The dr Masood is very helpful and really takes his time to do the procedure.

I got 3100 grafts done and a prp and I’m over the moon. My consultation was brilliant from start to finish and I’m really excited to see the progress. First of all do not believe any of the positive reviews as they are fake
This place is an absolute shambles
From start to finish
Had my initial consultation at a derelict building by a young guy who was not even a surgeon and pressured into leaving a deposit as it would be a discounted price
Day of surgery given totally different advice from initial consultation about number of grafts expected results etc
Saw surgeon Dr Munir briefly who drew the hairline then surgeon never to be seen again until he appeared saying that I would need PRP again pressured into purchasing as saying the results would not be good unless I had PRP none of this was mentioned in initial consultation
The whole surgery was performed by young foreign students who did not speak English
The most ridiculous pain you can imagine and sent home with blood over my scalp and dripping everywhere
18 months after procedure the results were terrible I had to go to another surgeon to have all the grafts removed as they were all placed at wrong angles and incorrectly multi grafts placed
I will testify this statement and can verify that as well as myself and another family member went through this ordeal
We both have taken this company to court to retrieve our money
Worst ordeal of my life left me with permanent anxiety and depression

Couldn’t recommend Hair Growth Centre enough. Dr Zakar and the whole team were brilliant throughout my journey. The procedure itself was very professional and organised and the aftercare support has genuinely been excellent. They check in regularly and always answer questions quickly. I’m currently 8 months in and my hairline looks better every single month. Completely worth it.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING.

So first, nothing is clean, nothing! It’s full of dirt and scrub, when I went in there was about 6 people in the sitting in the waiting room. They took me to a room, which was freezing and when I looked around the equipment was dirty and had blood on.

Secondly, the doctor kept trying to sell me more and more stuff. PRP for 2k? Minoxadil for 400, when I said no he came in during my surgery when I’m completely out of it still asking me to buy it off him.

The surgeon was there maybe 5 minutes?

They declined me two times by the way, because of blood pressure keep in mind my pressure has always been fine. And if you search blood pressure in the reviews you’ll see a lot of people get turned away due to this- I think it’s an excuse they use because they’ve over booked. They rope you in for a date, get you to pay and turn you away and they don’t offer a refund if they do it. Be careful.

Anyway, I had it and guess what? Oh, it’s so bad you can’t even tell I’ve had anything done at all. It’s actually just bald now, so there’s no hair there at all, there was a few hairs to start with but nothing now because they have done such a bad job.

If you go to Turkey you can get way better surgeons and less of a cost honestly.

Great communication throughout. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

The experience with dr Vishal Nayak was very good from prior to surgery on the day of surgery and after surgery, all staff make you feel extremely comfortable and relaxed for the whole procedure. 10/10

I booked in for a free consultation online with these guys as I had a friend referral and from the minute I registered my interest I was bombarded with reminder calls about my appointment, including being rung three times the day before the appointment on two separate numbers and again on the day of the appointment when I had already confirmed my attendance prior. What is all that about? Very aggressive sales tactic and strange from what you'd think was a reputable hair clinic. The excuses for the excessive calls were lame at best, citing "company policy"

Upon arrival, I was told to complete a health assessment and then went to sit in a room with a guy called Ayub to who this day i don't know what he actually does whether he is a surgeon, doctor, technician or receptionist. No handshake, no assessment, no close up assessment of my hairline. I was expecting a measurement of my head or hands on assessment of my donor area, possibly a scan - instead he started the consultation by literally showing me their instagram and the celebrities that they have worked with. I genuinely was stunned. Telling me that they have worked with footballers & cricketers etc... why does that matter?

Lamely I was told that I would need two procedures without any real explanation apart from you will need 3,500 grafts per session. Clearly after one procedure they may find the excuse to bombard you with more calls to get you in for the second procedure. If you even need one that is. I find it amazing how that conclusion has been reached without a proper examination. The guy literally didn't move from behind his desk the whole time.

When I continued to explain that I will not be making a financial decision on the day, I was pushed into the classic "the price may go up if you don't confirm soon" & "we will chuck in a PRP which is usually £250 for free if you are able to confirm soon." They must think I was stupid because a PRP is completely optional and should never be used as a sweetener for a hair transplant which just points towards how sales focussed these people are. They want your money and that's it. Avoid avoid avoid!

I had to ask the questions about after care and the actual procedure itself as clearly this was missed out during the "sales pitch" how things like that are not explained in a consultation is frightening.

In addition to this, they claim to offer a finance package like most other clinics out there to at least make it somewhat affordable and maybe given the fact that we are in a cost of living, but instead they want the whole £2,500 in full and upfront. So that's not a finance package then is it? The guy was telling me how I should pay them rather than how they can make it affordable. Telling me things like "let's book it in with your £1,000 deposit & then pay us £500 a month, that way it is booked in." I don't need to be told how to budget my money thanks

No option to pay over a few months post op - it must all be paid prior to the procedure. Red flag, no thanks!

Personally, if I was you - I would advise going to a proper clinic, paying the extra money if required for people who actually care about your future features and aftercare because all these guys want to do is have your money in their pocket and I left the consultation not exactly knowing what I need which is a massive concern. With all the calls beforehand as well, trust was already broken before I even set foot in there. I really do hope these guys read this review and make alterations to the way they do things because the consultation was a car crash and you cannot pressure people into making huge financial commitments when it comes to their health based off "who you have worked with" & not allowing them at least the opportunity to provide a service whereby your patients can be put on a finance agreement to spread the cost etc etc.

The first and last time to get a transplant from them back in 2019. My doner area was so messed up that it left patches, caused a lot of pain for a good 5 days and they even dropped my follicles then saying "these things happen sometimes" and there was no apology. I felt Dr Rafiq pressured me into leaving a review straight after my surgery. Overall, not a very nice experience.

Dr Neel Patel and his team were fantastic! Made me feel calm and reassured at all times. The whole team are very professional and kind. I had no issues throughout my experience and would highly recommend. I was recommended by a friend and overall my time spent with dr Neel Patel and all the nurses was brilliant. Everything was explained in detail and I felt comfortable the entire time. 2 weeks post op now and healing nicely and hope I get the results over the coming months. The hardest part was the swelling after and getting over the 4/5 days post surgery but overall I would recommend getting this done at this surgery.

Really happy with my hair transplant experience. The team were friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start, taking the time to explain everything clearly before the surgery so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process felt professional and well organised.

One of the biggest positives for me was the price—at £2000, it’s excellent value for England compared to other clinics. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

I was incredibly nervous going into the procedure, and everyone at the Romford branch of the hair growth centre were fantastic in every way. All of the technicians were incredibly caring and efficient throughout the whole day. They could not have made me feel more comfortable. There is not a single thing I could fault them on. Every single staff member was incredible.
Dr. Vishal Nayak would frequently check in and gave me so much time and attention and really helped me feel at ease.
Any one who is thinking about this procedure contact Dr. Vishal and his team, in my opinion there’s no better place.

I visitied the romford branch and dr vishal yesterday for my hair transplant, i have nothing bad to say at all, everything went smooth, everything explained well, very clean and tidy, very proffesional, everything i was looking for when choosing my clinic! I would recomend 1000 times to anyone whos thinking about doing it, they will not dissappoint!
