This company is an absolute fraud. I paid a deposit and decided to cancel literally a few days later. When paying the deposit I was never advised it was at a discount and was advised there would be a £500 cancellation fee. They are now refusing to refund any monies paid saying 'Deposits securing a procedure date and discounted price are non-refundable beyond the cooling-off period'. On the contract signed, it doesn't say I've opted into a discounted procedure so I waiver my rights for all deposit paid. I was also pressured into signing and securing the date when I advised I will think about it. It's very convenient that the only picture shown out of all the reviews is one of who had bad results!! Avoid this company at all costs and if anything go to Turkey who don't have ridiculous t&c's that try to con the British public!!

I had my hair transplant done in ROMFORD. Dr Vishal Nayak and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the day and made the process quick and easy, as well as being professional at the same time. I am at day 12 of my transplant now and it looks so much better already than it did before.

Thank you to Dr Vishal and his team for all the hours of hard work and attention on transplant day. Especially to Vishal for his patience listening to my concerns and allowing me all the time I needed and to reassure me. I hope my hairline repays you and your team oh and of course myself

I went to the centre in Romford market and my experience was great. I wasn’t sure because the price was really good and there was a few bad reviews, so I messaged a few people on TikTok and they all said their experience was good. I went to the centre to check it out after a few weeks ago was happy paid my deposit then went in yesterday and done it and paid rest. The staff was wonderful made me feel very comfortable they done exactly what I wanted and I will be referring family and friends here. There prices are better than all the other clinics I got told double or triple the price in Harley street centres. If you ain’t sure go in to the building like I did and you will feel more comfortable. I would like to to thank Aru and Dr Neel Patel and the rest of the staff who was in yesterday again for all the help they done 👍🏽

Dr Neel Patel and his team at the Romford clinic were all excellent. For anyone contemplating a hair transplant, it’s not a procedure to be taken lightly and so I was very grateful for the care and attention that Dr Patel and his team provided. In the days immediately following the surgery the clinic contacted me every day to ask how I was and to request pictures of the transplanted area. The information and guidance the doctors provided before and after the procedure was clear and their advice reassuring. It’s not an easy thing to get a hair transplant but I was so pleased with my choice of clinic. With the surgery now well behind me I’m looking forward to hair in time for the summer holidays!

The treatment given by the doctors are really amazing they work with patience and with proper care more over my transplanted hair is going good day by day. I wish I want to thank personally and show the result on one fine day.

I am now 3 days after my procedure at Romford with Dr Nayak. I have had no pain and very little swelling. All of Dr nayaks staff were very caring and highly professional in their attitude. I will return for my second Gfc injection in 5 weeks time

Please, please I hope you read the negative reviews also. Do NOT use this clinic. I had FUE transplant followed by prp. The ‘surgeon’ forgot to include my crown which was in the consultation. Not much English speaking from the staff which was unnerving as I tried to gauge what they were saying to each other performing the operation. Prp afterwards was performed in some sort of staff closet. The operating chair was like that of a barber shop which was uncomfortable after a few hours. They over harvested my grafts and even with the most care and attention for restoration on my behalf, I feel my hair is much thinner than it was before the procedure but now I have less viable grafts to use for in the future. I wouldn’t accept even free prp from them. I raised my concerns which were just met with standard replies trying to sell me more prp. Aftercare is a joke, I feel like I’ve not been listened to. The whole reason I chose a company in uk was the efficacy and I thought more regulated. I was wrong. Dr munir juggles 7 transplants a day so makes the incisions over 10minutes to each patient and lets his other staff take over (I’m not sure of their medical backgrounds). I feel conned, I’ve waited over 18months to write this review incase my hair improved. I hope this helps just one person to make an informed decision based on my experiences. I hope I find a genuine company next time.

Went for consultation and obviously they made me a "one time offer". I still had to discuss this with my wife as we had other plans as well.
"To lock the deal price" they adked me to pay fully refundable deposit of £100.
"Just let us know what you'll decide, and if you decide not to do it, we'll refund your deposit no problem.
Next morning Ive contacted them to inform that we decided that I'll have to postpone this treatment due to other financial commitments in next two-three months.
Right after that communication changed from their side. They wasn't answering anything untill I sent another message and mentioned that I'm contacting credit card fraud team and letting them know about this scam/fraud, and that HGC looks like not planning to refund my money.
In his message from HGC, Mohammed said that he never said that they will not issue refund and asked me to fill refund form.
It took him two minutes to send it when I was requesting him to send it asap. But apparently untill that "he didn't had time".
Sounds like "one man band" there.
Surprisingly, to get my money refunded he wanted me to send big agreement, mon disclosure, settlement agreement, etc. Which I refused to sign, as it was never mentioned and offered before, but now was used as condition to get my money refunded.
Long story short - deposit was paid on 10th of February. Today is 16th of February - no contacts from HGC and Mohammed, no refund, no money.

Can't comment on quality of their treatment, but their attitude and fraudulent sales tactics showing what kind of people working there.

Happy to share more details about their business, from what I've seen and heard.

Also, be careful with your personal data and be aware that they not following GDPR rules and regulations as they should, as I will be making a claim for GDPR breach.

The staff were fantastic and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Their attention to detail and care made a big difference to the overall experience.

Kind and friendly staff, professional and really good advice and after care .

I'm only giving 1 star cos I can't give lower they cancelled my treatment on the day of surgery and won't refund my deposit so they stole my money

10/10 Service from start to finish I’m just over a year after my hair transplant and I can’t thank Dr Vishal Nayak and all of the Romford team enough. If you are in any doubt about getting this done I can assure you it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. As someone with Afro/Caribbean hair unless I tell people I’ve had it done they would never know. It’s brought me back to life and the beauty of it is that I didn’t have to fly to Turkey I was at home recovering on the same day. Thank you guys so much, I wish I done it sooner lol

They ask for 1000 deposit. I specifically asked if this was refundable and she said yes.

Fast forward, he shows up to his appointment, having done EVERYTHING asked of him. Gets turned away as he didn't have medical paperwork of which he was never asked to provide, given I'm a witness who was there to make sure it was 2 sets of ears hearing everything, and 2 minds clarifying things. They are now telling him he may not get his deposit refunded. Or maybe a partial one. They said he's signed terms and conditions that says this, but I literally asked her to clarify deposit stuff, and his epilepsy and she failed to disclose any of this.

Absolute scam. Seeking legal, and consumer rights advice as we will not be letting them steal £1000.

I was pretty dubious and nervous before getting the transplanted. And even after booking and paying the deposit, was concerned if i had picked the right place and if it would all be worth it.
Only until the day i felt i was in good hands. Dr Vishal Nayak is a class act, ultimate professional, felt at ease entirely speaking with him, and listens to all of his advice. I felt comfortable with my decision. All of the staff who had helped with the extraction and implants were great.
It is a painful and uncomfortable experience , and there isnt much you can do about that. Other places promise a Tv and a relaxing experience, but i just cant see how that can be provided.

Overall very happy so far!
