Amazing RPL support from Charlotte Kendrick

Excellent Learning Experience
I’ve greatly enjoyed the classes with Cayan throughout my Certificate IV. He’s an excellent communicator who explains concepts clearly and keeps the sessions engaging. What I’ve appreciated most is how he brings real industry experience into the classroom, adding practical insights that go beyond the course content. CAREER CHANGE
When looking for study options, I was called by Jack Mckenna from Hader and his professionalism and conversational manner put me at ease and made it an easy decision to study with Hader.
It took me a while to make my final decision and Jack was never pushy but kept in touch and when I was ready he ran me through the whole process and made my enrolment seamless. I have started my Cert IV in Community Services and my experience so far has been very positive. Jay Fleming facilitates our Tuesday classes and is very knowledgeable and approachable. Everyone I have had contact with from Hader have been awesome so far and I'm very happy to have chosen to study with them.

A course that genuinely delivers — and people who truly care
I'm currently completing a dual Certificate IV in Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drugs at Hader Institute, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience.
Kim Crescencio, Bernadette Lee, and Robyn Herbig deserve a special mention — three genuinely wonderful people who bring warmth, professionalism, and real dedication to everything they do. The support and guidance they provide goes above and beyond what you'd expect.
The course itself is excellent — well-structured, relevant, and engaging. The weekly online training sessions are a highlight, and the communication throughout has been clear, timely, and encouraging every step of the way.
