The whole online auction experience was very straightforward.

Once signed in, as soon as you place a bid, you are kept updated on your bidding performance. From being the highest bidder, through to being outbid and how long you have left to increase your bid if you wish to. You are kept fully informed throughout.

The invoicing and payment process is all handled online so there is no delay in receiving your goods.

The delivery process for purchases could be improved, simply by sending a quick email the day before delivery so that you are aware and can make sure to be in to take delivery.

Dreadful company I won some items over 6 weeks ago still waiting for them to arrive they never answer there phones or respond to emails absolutely useless company

Ordered laundry pods. Arrived quickly with no fuss.

On the 17.1.2022 i won 2 items on the previous auction but the company couldn't find 1 item so they delivered only one item, I was due a refund on the item that was not found but so far nothing has been received so do not deal with this company they are very dishonest.

Very straight forward process to bid, clear pricing and very efficient post auction process. Very helpful and quick responses to emails. Follow up call from Kelvin, very friendly and helpful. Goods arrived quickly and exactly as expected. Recommend and will definitely be using again.

I rarely research the price of laundry items but Haddon & James are the cheapest providers of Bold I could find, prompt delivery by a reputable courier made the shopping experience trouble free and a saving.

Shame you can't give minus stars. Never bid with this auctioneer. Won £5500 worth of goods across 2 invoices. After waiting 4 weeks for delivery a box turned up with 1 lot in it. Was told i would be refunded as the other lots were not available.

i have been waiting a week for the the money to be refunded eventually after ringing and emailing multiple times to be ignored i was told a refund would take 28 working days!!!

In short they sell items the don't have make you pay in 24 hours and make you wait 2 months for your money back. Thankfully i paid on credit card so will be raising a chargeback.

This is not how you run a business save your time and energy bid with another auctioneer.

Having bought several items over a year ago and I am still waiting for a refund on part of the order that was never delivered. I cannot get an answer on the phone and they do not follow up on emails. Shocking customer care which is non existent at the moment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I won bid for a Brand new mini Quad bike.First was given incorrect collection address. The bike came in parts, with no build instructions,(which to me was no problem as I am a skilled fork truck engineer). After many many attempts, engine would not start. Investigated checks found no ignition+ carb fault, then easy pull cord broke and spring recoil failed, stripped further, found bolt holding flywheel had sheared,I then gave up. I paid £268 for a bad quality bike, so bidders beware.

Finally a auction house that doesnt sell junk! - flawless process and great quality - special mention to Kelvin for helping get the pallets out in the rain! Thank you

Avoid very dishonest false selling items not as described
Selling items as new but when you receive they are used and broken and when you complain their response is to ignore you then bloke you had to report them to trading standards and their associated body which tell me they have many complaints for the very same reason and are looking closely into their code of practice please anyone out there avoid save your money there are lots more honest people out there
