This is a very sharp useful knife. It works well slicing meat or chopping ginger and garlic. The shape is easier to use with a rocking motion to slice through scallions or shred ginger.

I love the heft of the knives

I love the heft of the knives. The balance is exquisite. The larger one is even handy for cleaning out peppers and other small vegetables. The smaller one of course, is light and nimble. I demand a knife that slices. Unlike most amateurs; I slice instead of chopping. Onions are a snap with the sharp edge slicing.
Unfortunately, they do not hold an edge for long! With that said, they sharpen easily. But, my time is better spent cutting/slicing instead of constantly sharpening.

Excellent Knives at an Excellent Price

Ordered my first set of knives on an impulse from a YouTube advertisement and I was impressed by the fast delivery and excellent quality of these products. I was so impressed that I ordered another set of knives.
