I’m really impressed by Genavieve Williams and the service provided by Haus Block Management. Having dealt with building management services for the past 15 years, it’s refreshing to finally experience a team that is attentive, efficient, and consistently quick to respond to any queries. The level of professionalism and communication has been excellent throughout.

I have had a lot of difficulty logging into the portal for my flat in City House which I squired on January 8th and I’m now hoping things have been resolved. I have found communication very slow or non existent . However I would like to give a shout out to Genavieve who hopefully has solved the problem and after this delay came hope with her friendly and professional attitude. Thank you also Teresa who tried to help in the phone initially.
If I have any more problems Genevieve is happy to help. It’s good to have a name rather than a Team to communicate with.
I really couldn’t give more than 4 stars due to bad communication initially but 5 stars to Genevieve and Teresa !

Appalling customer service. I have attempted to contact Haus Block Management on several occasions. However, in my experience, they do not call back when they say they will and they have failed to answer enquiries sent through the messaging system on their website.
Based on my experience to date, I would give Haus Block Management zero stars if I could.

I am a conveyancer dealing with a sale in a block managed by Haus Block Management. I have been dealing with Kholelwa and she has been amazing throughout. Kholelwa is very thorough and responsive and extremely quick when replying and providing replies to email queries, which ensures the transaction runs much smoother.

Terrible level of service provided by haus FLOP Management. They are very lucky as I can't attach pictures here but have a look at my Google review. The Lifts are permanently out of service. If you want haus FLOP Management to fix something then you have to complain multiple times. The lifts have been out of service for months. They are still in the process of 'calling' the engineer. Parking spaces are flooded without a solution. If you want zero services and a company entitled to collect money, poor customer service then please appoint haus FLOP management as your managing agent in your building.
I know all they care is about collecting money and then replying to reviews with silly things like 'we can't find your account' or 'please contact us with additional details'. However, it is nonsense, I am posting pictures with the issues and they can easily locate the building and fix the problems but they will not do that as they are a bunch of dishonest people.

My experience with Haus is very possitive. Haus is managing the appartement block where I am renting a flat. Manager Chante is extremelly professional and helpful. Any issues from change of the light bulb in the communal corridor to leaks inspection are dealt promptly and being fixed.

I recently dealt with Haus Block Management on behalf of our client who is remortgaging their property, I was impressed by the level of service provided. The responses were prompt, the communication was clear, and everything was handled efficiently.
As someone who works with various management companies on a daily basis, I know how stressful and time-consuming the process can often be, particularly when delayed replies hold up property sales. However, this was absolutely not the case with Haus.
A special mention to Davida Fouche for being incredibly responsive and quick in providing everything requested. Her efficiency and professionalism made the transaction run smoothly.
Highly recommended.

I have rarely seen someone work with such dedication, professionalism, and commitment. Throughout the disruption, she provided updates almost every hour, clearly explaining what was happening and what residents could expect. This level of communication made a huge difference in managing expectations and significantly reduced anxiety during what was a very challenging situation.
Georgiana worked until late in the evening, past 10.00 pm, ensuring residents were kept fully informed at every stage. Her calm, proactive approach and visible leadership were truly commendable.
I genuinely hope this feedback reaches Senior Management at Haus, as Georgiana is without doubt one of the best property managers I have encountered. It is a real pleasure to have her managing Burrells Wharf.

Terrible company and awful service. Completely unhelpful when there are issues with the building. Take far too long to resolve matters. They installed a lock on our bin room and now the bin collectors can’t access it and we have overflowing rubbish. Had the water shut off for over 8 hours before they sent someone to fix it. These are just some of the issues that we have experienced since living at our place for a year. We rent but actual leaseholder are now being charged on top of their already expensive service charge regarding a fire safety issues that was Haus’ mistake.
