Delivered well before estimated date, very good quality plates too

Bought 2 sets of barbell hangers. Described as having HDPE protective inserts which is also pictured on the website. Came as bear painted metal. Sent a picture explaining it. Was told i would have only get a partial refund as i was told i was unhappy and not what i wanted. Took around 10 emails including a reply from the ‘owner’ asking for feedback a s agreeing with me finally saying id get a full £40 refund. Took a month to get and then was sent £11.48. Emailed to get an answer and was told there was a restocking fee, £15 collection fee a d £5 return postage. Will now be disputing with the bank. Avoid this cheap nasty company at all costs.

Please do not buy anything from this cowboys, orderred some stuff , was waiting for delivery 3 weeks where supposed to be 5 days according to them, then number of items have arrived damaged, now waiting for refund another 3 weeks and they not responding for emails !!!!!! This company it’s just big scam

Kettlebell was at competitive price. Arrived quickly & was well packed. Item is the business and great for home workout at your convenience.

The smith machine is amazing, looks cool and works well.
The customer support is amazing as well and Angelica was very helpful.
Would highly recommend this product

Recently purchased a plate loaded seated row. Great product and even better Customer Service by Nick, who sorted out our missing part the same day I sent the email. Would thoroughly recommend this company

They had the right product at the right price and delivered it promptly, with excellent communication all the way. Can't really fault them. Happily recommend them to others.

My experience dealing with the customer service team has been good. Various people have helped to solve my problem. Harriet and Rica. After the incorrect weights were delivered as a Christmas present I have had to wait until the correct set were back in stock. This took time but eventually I received the correct order.

Great company, quick delivery and high quality products. Customer service is easy to speak to and they really take pride in what they sell. Highly recommend

Avoid!

Ordered a set of 5 kettlebells on 19th June. Two arrived a few days later but with no information about when the expect the other items. Contacted customer service to confirm the missing items and receive a status update.

Having provided photographic evidence of the items I did receive (because they couldn't accept me simply telling them what had arrived), I've been told that 2 are out of stock and won't be back until 20th July (over a month after the original order) and that one is in stock and has been dispatched (although I have no evidence of this and nothing has arrived yet)

I've also been made to fill out a missing items form because despite it being very clear that Gymsets can't keep proper track of their stock, they are telling me that one of the missing items was dispatched.

Terrible service, forcing customers through unnecessary hoops - likely so they'll just give up.

Will never buy from them again

Really happy with the experience I have had with GYM SET LTD, Delivery was unreal next day even tho I was expecting it to be 3 working days. And the equipment i received was great bit a kit.

Ordered a dumbell set a month ago and still waiting for the order to be completed there is no way to contact via phone so its all done on messages. If I wasn't chasing these guys you'd never know whats happening I was told an item was resent with a new order 4 days ago and its still saying label generated.. I wouldn't recommend these guys very unprofessional

Not as good quality as I was expecting, the headrest doesn’t sit right and looks off, there are marks on the leather and still glue around the wood which I have been unable to get off.

Pre-Ordered the adjustable dumbbells and home bench expecting them to arrive in a few weeks from the order date but they arrived quicker than expected. The adjustable dumbbells are superb and an improvement on the ones previously bought. Great price as well. Would definitely recommend the company and the items I bought.

Delivery of item was really quick and item itself is fantastic, very sturdy and does exactly what I need it to do. What could be better is the instructions that come with item for putting it together and use. However, Angelica at customer services has been just amazing. She has responded to all my queries with speed, knowledge and politeness. I cant thank her enough

Purchased round adjustable 24kg dumbbells with 4kg increments and the product is exactly as the picture and description and in perfect working order and was delivered very quickly also.. would recommend and certainly will be using them for any other bits of equipment I need 😁
