Catrina was so helpful and supportive, answered all my questions and reassured me. The best home gym system for all body workout that packs into a small bag
I love it. The kit combined with the app and the tutorials on YouTube make this a great home workout system. I got cocky and started with a higher resistance band than the introductory videos suggested and believe me I know about it. I feel muscles working I haven’t felt in a while. No more monthly gym membership for me.

I’m pleased with the product
I’m pleased with the product. It has enabled me to start strength training for a beginner that is in his 50s. The app that came with it is very helpful and taught me the proper ways to use the product. The company did their part now it’s up to me to keep at it!
The reason for not getting a 5 star review is because the band in my opinion needs to be longer. It’s uncomfortable when doing the exercises on your knees and back. An additional 6 inches would have been perfect.

Goods not received and no reply to emails
Update
We have now received an email after messaging on Facebook to say item out of stock and they are expecting supplies in next week!! Communication on all of this would have been helpful!! Not impressed!!
Ordered on Saturday 19th July, promised a 48 hour tracked delivery, still have not received and no notification that this is on its way, have sent 2 emails and they have not been responded to!! Will be doing a chargeback on my card if they do not sort this out, very poor and frustrating!!!

Early days but good first impressions.

The training videos via the app are very good, clear and easy to follow. Unannounced stock delays & poor communication, though support offered partial refund.
I placed an order after paying in full, with the expectation of prompt delivery based on the site’s 48-hour tracked option. However, I received no updates regarding my dispatch. It was only after I reached out to customer service to chase it up that I was informed the item was actually out of stock and delayed.
To their credit, customer support (Hannah / Catrina) did take ownership of the mistake once I brought it to their attention, admitting that taking payment without notifying customers of stock issues isn't up to standard. They subsequently offered a 5% partial refund for the frustration caused, which I appreciate.
That said, GymProLuxe seriously needs to sort out their stock management systems. Their website should reflect live inventory so customers aren't left paying upfront under misleading dispatch schedules, only to find out later that stock isn't available.
After reading some of the other recent Trustpilot reviews regarding equipment quality and support delays, I am really hoping my order arrives on time, intact, and in good working order. I will update this review once the product arrives and I've had a chance to inspect and test it.
