Early results are mixed
I've only done a couple of workouts so far. The instructional videos are very helpful and easy to follow. The equipment itself, to me, is a bit cumbersome. If you want lesser resistance, you have to undo a couple of the tubes on one end. The other end hangs off the side and gets in the way. Or you can remove one or two of them totally but they are not particularly easy to wedge back into the slots, at least for me.
I find that the lowest possible resistance (10 lb/22 kg) is not quite light enough if you haven't yet built up strength. This is particularly noticeable in bicep curls, where I can't even get close to a full flex. So I've switched to hand weights for now for those exercises.
Finally, an inquiry to the support team went unanswered after 48 hours, although the app says they will respond quickly.
Bottom line: I'll continue through a few more workouts before I consider keeping it.

So far so good with this
So far so good with this. Really can't fault the experience so far. Easy to set up with challenging but easy to follow workouts.
Only been at it a couple of weeks but finding it much easier to stay consistent being able to slot it in around my day.
Companion app is nice and polished with plenty of free workouts as well as more if you sign up to the paid version, (£4 a month so not massively expensive), but also loads of content on their Youtube channel.
So far, the couple of times I've reached out for support, it has been prompt, personal and transparent. The trainers are active in the Facebook community and are the ones answering the support emails. No AI chat bots here!
I really rate this product and have already recommended it to a couple of friends.

The bar and the band are great however I ordered the bundle and two of the items didn’t come (the guides) which they say have a value of £150… tried using their support but like others have said they don’t respond.

Fantastic piece of fitness equipment. Well made and well worth the money. Really versatile and the delivery service was exceptional, I highly recommend. The app is also very very good with lots of videos of how to carry out each exercise.

It’s not always about the product but how a company deals with issues that crop up. I had a problem with a defective band, the response was quick and efficient. A new band was on its way to me by return. Even when a the delivery service ‘lost’ the delivery, Gymproluxe understood and sent me a replacement without quibble. Great customer service

Retirement revitalized
After having decided to purchase Gymproluxe to help get fit and in better shape, I have been using it for 1 week only so far. I have not done any proper keep fit for years, and am 65 years old. have been following the instructor videos, which are very helpful and encouraging, and determined to keep to a committed structure. This is also helpful as I am now retired.
Although it's too early to claim any physical difference, Other than in my balance and posture, I do feel better and more positive about the future and in general.

After my initial review, customer service did contact me. They offered some remedies and were open to a return if those remedies weren't productive. To be clear, I do believe the Gympro will bring positive results. I just want prospective buyers to preview the exercises and make sure you're able to get up off the floor and use your back as the primary support for some exercises. Most people will be able to do that; some will not.

Buyer Beware!
I'm not able to utilize all the product has to offer given my limited mobility. I sent three (3) emails requesting to initiate a return. This is week 3 since I sent the messages and haven't gotten any response. Also, the website indicates that the company has the right to deny a request to return the product, which contradicts the "30 day return policy, no questions asked".

A New User of the Gymptolux Band
I have just started the Gymprolux band program. I've only done 3 workouts, but they were doable. As an almost 77 year old man, I am taking everything slow as I have no one to impress at the gym. I am in good shape and I think the program will make me stronger and fitter.

My new training experience with gymproluxe
The training videos are great, I find them motivational and they help push me when I am starting to flag. The kit is easy to setup and use. Early days ( 4 work outs) and I am aching , but looking forward to the benefits of the work outs improving my fitness and strength.

Avoid them due to bad customer service, product never received
Had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah in customer service. I tried to change my adress minutes after ordering as it was supposed to go to a friends house. Wasn't possible unfortunately, so it went to my adress which is technically not an issue. Royal mail left the parcel outside at a different house and I could not retrieve it. Instead of any compassion or a helpful answer Hannah told me I gave them the wrong adress, so it is my fault. I gave them my adress, not a wrong adress. If the courier of their choice makes a mistake, this is not on the customer.
Do not agree with Hannahs approach at all. No care, no help and probably did not read the email enough to even know what she was saying. Massive disappointment.

Great product and videos - Messenger saved the email issues
The product concept and the videos are excellent - I absolutely loved the product until the white band and then the green band failed whilst joining Marcus in a seated row.
Marcus stepped in following a communication issue with the customer service team's emails, but having used Messenger to contact the team, the replacements were quickly despatched
